It looks delicious, albeit a tad messy. Had you left it in th e pan for a brief time, it would've come out easier. A brief mist of EVOO in the pan and parchment paper would've helped too.

You’ve got to try the ground coriander. I was skeptical but it’s crazy how it enhanced the blueberry lemon flavour
