I have one question i don't have a USB type c port in my motherboard so is it better to use USB type a adapter or use DAC comes already with USB type a?
Because I've seen some comments saying that some adapter are sensitive to any movement

The Poweramp is good, but the sounds are weak after you set it to 32bit/384khz or 32bit/192khz

ALC5686 from Realtek is a bit more powerful and has high amount of Treble
CX31993 is more balanced & runs cooler than ALC5686

Bought this brand new for $3 dollars to replace my iFi ZEN DAC V2 which keeps cutting out and they sound very similar with the Ifi zen just on top.
But otherwise I wish I saved my $150 to buy this instead.
The only feature I miss Is ASIO support otherwise that is it.

hello, i just bought the same dac, i pair it with my qkz vk4, its works fine on my phone but when i connect it to my laptop the mic suddenly not working, do u might know why.
Go to control Panel sound settings & set the mic as default
@ElvisChibundu thx for the reply. it already automatically set as default mic, and the bar that detect sound doesnt move at all on the sound control panel. it might have smth to do with my iem, the iem mic works fine when the dac connects to phone, but not laptop, but when i change my iem to normal earphone the earphone mic is working on the laptop, i cant figure out why.
