PLC Program with Analog Temperature Input for Heating or Cooling Span

We are going to edit our PLC program so that it uses a temperature setpoint and a span so that only one setpoint needs to be entered for the system to run. This program is for Rockwell Automation's Studio 5000 for the Controllogix and Compactlogix PLC but these programming principles will work with most brands of PLC. This programming logic would be seen in HVAC systems, ovens, chillers, and any other application where you need to turn something on and off based off of a temperature.
