I like to use those Swiffer dusters because the dust clings on the cloth, but I still need to move things around. Honestly, the hardest part is remembering how something looked before I moved things around to dust! Display cabinets are the best though, but somehow dust still manages to get in there!

You have a beautiful style…I’ve been decorating this way for over 30 years 🩷 You say you live in an apartment so your landlord must be very easy on the tenants because many won’t let you wallpaper, hang certain things, or have pets . If they do then , they make sure you paint everything the same before you move out.
It sounds like you are a designer after my own heart! I love that we share a similar taste. And yes, my landlord is probably the sweetest person ever and I was incredibly lucky to find this place. I don't have to repaint when I leave, but I absolutely want to so she doesn't have much work to do when re-renting the space. It's the very least I can do in return for letting me create this space into my dream apartment! However, I feel that my time here might be coming to a close because I need to expand my life and space into my own home. Once that happens - the projects will be endless!

My hubby and I love to thrift and antique shop, when I buy something he says , where are going to put that? I say oh you can always find a place! lol I love all my treasures, but I hate dusting it! I always move things around to acomodate a new piece, which is always worth it (hubbys just don't understand lol!). I'm currently on the hunt for 2 beautiful matching frames that will compliment the pieces perfectly. Great minds! And SF is fun to thrift in - I think I'm going to work on a video for the summer featuring my favorite SF thrift stores.
