ایک محبِ وطن پاکستانی عاشر عظیم کی پاکستان سے ہجرت۔۔۔۔ بچپن کی حسین یادوں میں اک ناقابل فراموش یاد پی ٹی وی کی شاہکار ڈرامہ سیریل دھواں بھی ہے ۔دھواں ڈرامہ سیریل کے خالق اس وقت کے نوجوان عاشر عظیم تھے ۔عاشر عظیم اس وقت نوجوان آفیسر تھے ۔اور پاکستان کسٹمز کے محکمے میں اچھے عہدے پر فائز تھے۔ڈرامہ سیریل دھواں نے مقبولیت کے ریکارڈ قائم کئے۔نو آموز اداکاروں نے اپنی لاجواب اداکاری سے مبہوت کر کے رکھ دیا۔عاشر عظیم نے اس ڈرامے میں اداکاری کے جوہر بھی دکھائے اور بطور ڈائریکٹر بھی اپنی صلاحیتوں کا لوہا منوایا ۔بطور مصنف بھی انہوں نے دھواں ڈرامہ سیریل کو شاہکار بنا دیا۔ اس کے بعد عاشر عظیم طویل عرصہ تک پاکستان کسٹمز میں انتہائی ایمانداری اور حب الوطنی کے جذبے کے ساتھ اپنی ذمہ داریاں نبھاتے رہے۔عاشر عظیم کے متعلق کم لوگ جانتے ہیں کہ وہ عیسائی مذہب سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں ۔مگر ان کے اندر پاکستان کی محبت اس قدر رچ بس چکی ہے کہ وہ ہمیشہ اپنا تعارف پاکستانی کے طور پر کرواتے ہیں۔آج تلک عاشر عظیم نے کسی فورم پر واویلا نہیں مچایا کہ مجھے مذہبی حوالے سے کسی بھی قسم کے امتیاز کا نشانہ بنایا گیا ۔ ۔عاشر عظیم ہمیشہ اک محب وطن پاکستانی کی شناخت کے ساتھ میڈیا پر آتے ہیں۔ عاشر عظیم کی شوبز کے میدان میں 20 سال کے بعد واپسی ہوئی ۔عاشر عظیم اب کی بار فلم کے ذریعے اپنے وطن کی عوام کو شعور دینے کے لیے میدان میں آئے ۔انہوں بطور مصنف و ہدایتکار فلم مالک بنانے کا اعلان کیا۔شوبز کے حلقوں میں بے چینی سے فلم کا انتظار کیا جانے لگا ۔آخرکار فلم نے تکمیل کے مراحل طے کئے۔فلم مالک کے پروموز نے دھوم مچادی۔فلم نگری سے وابستہ نقاد اور تبصرہ نگار پاکستانی فلم انڈسٹری کو دوبارہ اپنے قدموں پر کھڑا ہونے کی نوید سنا رہے تھے ۔اور خیال تھا کہ فلم مالک ایک بڑی سپرہٹ فلم ہو گی ۔مگر بدقسمتی سے عاشر عظیم کی حب الوطنی کو نئی مشکلات کا سامنا تھا فلم کا مشہور مکالمہ”میں پاکستان کا عام شہری پاکستان کا مالک ہوں”۔۔فلم کی کامیابی کا اعلان کر رہا تھا ۔ایسے میں سنسر بورڈ کو عاشر عظیم کی اس کاوش میں غداری کی بو آگئی اور ان کی فلم کی نمائش پر پابندی لگا دی گئی ۔عاشر عظیم نے اپنی ایمانداری سے کمائی ہوئی تمام جمع پونجی فلم کی سرمایا کاری پر لگا رکھی تھی ۔انہوں نے عدالت میں پیش ہو کر کیس لڑا ۔بلآخر فلم مالک ریلیز تو ہوئی مگر سنسر بورڈ کی سنسر شپ کے بعد ۔سنسر بورڈ کی قینچی نے فلم مالک کا بیڑہ غرق کردیا، نتیجے کے طور پر عاشر عظیم کو مالی خسارہ ہوا ۔فلم بزنس نہ کر سکی اور عاشر عظیم اپنی زندگی بھر کی کمائی سے محروم ہو گئے۔ عاشر عظیم نے اقلیت ہونے کے باوجود اپنی صلاحیت اور ایمانداری سے سول سروس میں خدمات سر انجام دیں ۔انہوں نے انتہائی لگن کے ساتھ پاکستان کی معیشت کو بہتر بنا سکنے کے لئے پاکستان کسٹمز میں رہ کر سی بی آر اور دوسرے محکمہ جات کے ساتھ کوآرڈینشن کے ذریعے بہت عمدہ اقدامات کیے۔عاشر عظیم نے اپنے ویڈیو پیغام میں اپنے ہم وطن پاکستانیوں کو ان وجوہات سے آگاہ کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے ۔جن کی وجہ سے پہلے ان کو پاکستان کسٹمز کے محکمے میں کلیدی عہدے سے استعفی دینا پڑا ۔اور بعد ازاں ان کو انتہائی نامساعد حالات میں اشک بار ہو کر پاکستان سے ہجرت کرنا پڑی۔ عاشر عظیم جیسا انتہائی فعال زیرک اور ایماندار آفیسر آج کینیڈا میں ٹرک چلا رہا ہے ۔مگر عاشر عظیم کے دل میں آج بھی پاکستان کی محبت کا سمندر ٹھاٹھیں مارتا ہے ۔کینیڈا میں رہ کر بھی عاشر عظیم سوچتا ہے تو صرف پاکستان کے لیے ،ان کی ہر بات سے پاکستان کے لئے فکر مندی محبت اور عشق کا اظہار ہوتا ہے ۔ عاشر عظیم نے پاکستان کسٹمز میں سروس کے دوران 27 دن میں کلیئر ہونے والے کنٹینر کو 4 گھنٹے میں کلیئر کرنے والے نظام پر مبنی سافٹ ویئر بنایا ۔تاکہ پاکستان کی انڈسٹری تیزی سے ترقی کرے ۔عاشر عظیم اور اس کے ساتھیوں کا تیار کردہ منصوبہ آسٹریلیا اور امریکہ جیسے ترقی یافتہ ممالک کے ہم پلہ خصوصیات کا حامل تھا ۔اس سافٹ ویئر کی بدولت پاکستان کسٹمز کا محکمہ شفافیت کی جانب گامزن تھا ۔کہ کرپشن زدگان نے اپنے مفادات پر ضرب لگتی دیکھ کر عاشر عظیم پر لغو اور جھوٹ پر مبنی الزامات لگا کر عہدے سے معطل کر دیا۔۔ یہاں پر عاشر عظیم نے حب الوطنی کی عظیم مثال قائم کرتے ہوئے ۔کوئی پریس کانفرنس نہیں کی، کسی پروپیگنڈے کا سہارہ نہ لیا ۔خاموشی کے ساتھ عدالت میں اپنے حق کے لئے 3 سال جدوجہد کی ۔3 سال بعد عدالت نے ان کو بے گناہ قرار دیتے ہوئے عہدے پر بحال کرنے کا حکم دیا ۔اور تمام الزامات کو جھوٹ کا پلندہ قرار دیتے ہوئے کیس خارج کیا۔ مگر عاشر عظیم نے اپنی بحالی کے بعد عہدے سے استعفی دیا اور اپنی فیملی کے ساتھ پاکستان سے ہجرت کر کے کینیڈا میں مقیم ہو گئے ۔عاشر عظیم اب وہاں ٹرک چلاتے ہیں ۔اور پاکستان کی محبت میں اپنے خیالات کا اظہار اپنے ویڈیو پیغام کے ذریعے یو ٹیوب پر کرتے رہتے ہیں ۔عاشر عظیم کی ہر ویڈیو میں پاکستان کی ترقی کے لیے تجاویز اور نوجوانوں کے لیے امید بھرا پیغام موجود ہوتا ہے ۔ کاش عاشر عظیم جیسے محب وطن پاکستانی کو ہجرت کا دکھ نہ اٹھانا پڑتا ۔عاشر عظیم کے چاہنے والے بھی بے شمار ہیں ۔اور دل میں تمنا رکھتے ہیں کہ ایک دن عاشر عظیم ضرور پاکستان واپس آئے گا۔خدا سے دعا ہے کہ پاکستان کو ایسی قیادت میسر آجائے کہ پھر کسی عاشر عظیم کو ہجرت کا دکھ نہ جھیلنا پڑے

On some extent you may be right but I think extremism increases when justice decreases.. People has lost their trust on institutions.. Specially on law inforcement and judiciary. Secondly removal of a particular sect from Islam and declaring them Non Muslim is purely religious matter and it has clear and cut instructions in the religion. Another stat to add(if i remember the number correctly from a Talk show) from 1916 - 1984 only 2 persons were accused of blasphemy and from 1984 - onwards there are 66 cases of people accused so far. Mostly accusation is enough for people/ mob to decide and serve punishment. Ofcourse we have stopped thinking about basic islamic teachings and basic human rights. we absolutely love following the crowd and not question anything that doesn't make any sense.
AoA Ashir, I should bring to your attention the point about Mr. Jinnah never having made that statement (i.e., Pakistan ki state mai Islam/DEEN ka koee role nahi ho ga). There is no record of this statement in BBC's or Pakistan Radio's archives from the time, as pointed out by others. A Pakistani lady wrote a book "Secular Jinnah" on this. I want to point out that secularism is not Islam. Islam is not secularism. Islam and secularism are competitor(s) for (a) way of life (b) system(s) for human being(s). Both do not accept each other. I think you want us to step back, let you have the *space* for you to *experiment* with the idea of having Ahmadis' in civil service, the idea about extremism you have to play out. We could do that. I had aim, courage and I was looking to devote my life for this country but I didn't had enough courage to become another mishaal Khan :(. The country is so beautiful, it has gone through many many turmoils, but its still standing because of prayers & no one want this to derail... But akhir kab tak, the country will tolerate these extrimst elements, its is already torn into many parts, wither its religion, language. عاشر عظیم نے پاکستان کسٹمز میں سروس کے دوران 27 دن میں کلیئر ہونے والے کنٹینر کو 4 گھنٹے میں کلیئر کرنے والے نظام پر مبنی سافٹ ویئر بنایا ۔تاکہ پاکستان کی انڈسٹری تیزی سے ترقی کرے ۔عاشر عظیم اور اس کے ساتھیوں کا تیار کردہ منصوبہ آسٹریلیا اور امریکہ جیسے ترقی یافتہ ممالک کے ہم پلہ خصوصیات کا حامل تھا ۔اس سافٹ ویئر کی بدولت پاکستان کسٹمز کا محکمہ شفافیت کی جانب گامزن تھا ۔کہ کرپشن زدگان نے اپنے مفادات پر ضرب لگتی دیکھ کر عاشر عظیم پر لغو اور جھوٹ پر مبنی الزامات لگا کر عہدے سے معطل کر دیا۔۔
یہاں پر عاشر عظیم نے حب الوطنی کی عظیم مثال قائم کرتے ہوئے ۔کوئی پریس کانفرنس نہیں کی، کسی پروپیگنڈے کا سہارہ نہ لیا ۔خاموشی کے ساتھ عدالت میں اپنے حق کے لئے 3 سال جدوجہد کی ۔3 سال بعد عدالت نے ان کو بے گناہ قرار دیتے ہوئے عہدے پر بحال کرنے کا حکم دیا ۔اور تمام الزامات کو جھوٹ کا پلندہ قرار دیتے ہوئے کیس خارج کیا۔
مگر عاشر عظیم نے اپنی بحالی کے بعد عہدے سے استعفی دیا اور اپنی فیملی کے ساتھ پاکستان سے ہجرت کر کے کینیڈا میں مقیم ہو گئے ۔عاشر عظیم اب وہاں ٹرک چلاتے ہیں ۔اور پاکستان کی محبت میں اپنے خیالات کا اظہار اپنے ویڈیو پیغام کے ذریعے یو ٹیوب پر کرتے رہتے ہیں ۔عاشر عظیم کی ہر ویڈیو میں پاکستان کی ترقی کے لیے تجاویز اور نوجوانوں کے لیے امید بھرا پیغام موجود ہوتا ہے ۔

Another stat to add(if i remember the number correctly from a Talk show) from 1916 - 1984 only 2 persons were accused of blasphemy and from 1984 - onwards there are 66 cases of people accused so far. Mostly accusation is enough for people/ mob to decide and serve punishment. Ofcourse we have stopped thinking about basic islamic teachings and basic human rights. we absolutely love following the crowd and not question anything that doesn't make any sense.

I should bring to your attention the point about Mr. Jinnah never having made that statement (i.e., Pakistan ki state mai Islam/DEEN ka koee role nahi ho ga). There is no record of this statement in BBC's or Pakistan Radio's archives from the time, as pointed out by others. A Pakistani lady wrote a book "Secular Jinnah" on this.
I should add that Islam offers a *pluralistic* society. Having said that, we have no *tangible*, *systemic* *infrastructure* for dealing with *treachery* in state affair(s).

Azeem Sahab, titles of some of your videos caught my attention. Your analytical approach to the subjects covered is very logic based and truthful. Your discussion on ritualistic religion and spirituality is so true. Lately I believe that we human are the most stupid and can be fooled to believe in anything. Rituality is not only in religion but has seeped even into medicine and science also. Even education in schools has become ritualistic. in fact almost 90% of the life of a common person is nothing but ritualistic. If we question seriously our day to day actions, we can live without large number of them very happily.

I am not a religion practicing guy , neither i know much about religion nor wanna know what is just a life style not life . In my last comment i did express , religion practice is always brutal and insane . People say the war is of economy , but stupids do not know currently it is of Religion and it will continue until end of the world. my suggestion is diplomacy in terms of religious views always .
