So glad I have kept mentally and physically active and still sing and do music - albeit now just for myself at 70. I was diagnosed with a severe B12 deficiency and now go for a weekly injection. I noticed extreme exhaustion and muscle loss and becoming forgetful about little things. Still struggle with insomnia, but working on it. Stay active - move even if you do execises on your bed and walk for a few minutes. Take up art, sing, find a new passion. Stay far away from social media - not more than an hour a day. It holds people hostage and steals time to do fun things. Life is precious. Enjoy it all you can.

So sad that some have no one to support them, and no resources to find help. Seems every sufferer I’ve watched on this topic has lots of support and live in upscale housing. What happens with the others? 💔
