Thought it was a decent performance to be honest, the quality wasn't brilliant but everyone made an effort for once. To sum up, I saw Antony making at least 2 tackles.
Antony has more tackles than Rashford, Garnacho, Martial, Mount and Hojlund combined
Yeah he lacks quality in the final 3rd and is very wasteful but you can't question the guys commitment. At least he tries
He does alot defensively and never stops running and trying
Rashford is an embarrassment and just walks around the pitch looking bored
I agree. United couldn't put 3-4 passes together and were constantly losing the ball. It's not as if they had everybody behind the ball, they still tried to move the ball up the pitch when they had it, but they'd just lose it again in about 5 seconds.
It's just that they weren't getting caught in out of position because they never had the ball for long enough to mount a proper attack..
We can't pass, we lose the ball, we concede goals, our goalkeeper is in bad shape😂 this season man... Out of champions league so soon
@@edidas_b Yea, I think the passing is the biggest issue, it's the most basic part of the game like! I wouldn't even mind us conceding goals if we were actually scoring some, and playing some proper football.
But you are always going to concede goals if your attacking players are always giving the ball away, because the opposition will constantly be attacking you..
@@JoeBob79569 YESS 100% agree! U know our club is in shambles when we struggle to do the basics... Watching us play against Liverpool, when Garnacho got the ball, he'd fall or get outrun and lose the ball too, we need to pass better and give the front a little more service like Hojlund. Also, Merry Christmas man!! Hope you have a jolly time!!🎉🎁🎄🎄
@@edidas_b Yea, and it's mad watching other teams, even "lesser" teams, and they're doing all the basics right, like passing the ball around, running into space, all the simple things that kids learn to do. But somehow United are not able to do it.
It's like they're afraid of other teams nowadays.
But yea, happy Christmas too man!
Gary's "neutral" is to knock United at every opportunity
The rest of football: United did well considering
Keane: Good result
Neville: Manchester United were poor
Did you watch the video or just post your comment based on the headline alone?
I watched the entire video. Negative leaning from Gary as per usual. Ten Haag would have been sacked if United were blown away. They didnt get blown away. This was a more positive outcome than this video suggests.@@astalavista_84
They were poor though they got very lucky
@@astalavista_84 its how most people post comments tbf
Most were silly soft shots from distant, both teams had the same amount of clear cut chances. I hope that helps! We weren't as bad as Gaz is saying. He's such a Grinch, always up other teams backside and he's always looking for the bad and negative when it comes to United.
If they had a go and lost 5-0 you would be even more critical 🙄
Ange at spurs had more injuries, spent less money and has tried ti win every game
Klopp took over a woeful team has never out spend the top 5 and tries to win every game
Pep tries to win every game
You can't beat Liverpool, lucky to get a draw. What should Neville say in response to that?
@@docholiday-lm4vfhalf the team is injured so what was eth supposed to do it worked out well tbh cuz we played better defensively with 2 defensive midfielders which stopped our midfield from getting overrun
"If they performed worse you would be more critical towards them" 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
@@docholiday-lm4vfspurs have more injuries 😂😂 be real Utd had had 25 injuries this season at its only December. Ten Hag hasn’t once had his ideal first team available.
If they would have lost then it would be negative, if they draw its negative. If they won they would say Liverpool had a off day. I agree the performance was not great but need to give them credit for not conceding.
He did...
Yeah but I'm confused How do we concede with Fullham twice but not with Liverpool. Make it make sense 😂
It's fine how do you play, result is important, with those long list of injuries a point is worth winning, if they lost situation could have been worse and people will be more critical.
United did well considering, don’t even know what Gary wanted
Mourinho on john obi podcast this morning
"I love man united so much as a club and the fans know I gave everything to that club in my time but the reality is that I warned years ago about the issue not being me. It's not ten either. There are players and board members that I said needed to go 6 years ago and they're STILL at the club. I said with them no succes. I had a mediocre CEO. I actually wished I had Richard Arnold as a C. E. O back then because he's the only one in that board that wanted the best for the cluh but the others I knew that with them staying united would never reach the top again "
He went OFF
Give them a break, they lost 7-0 last year with the same team and frustrated Liverpool who couldn’t break them down. Salah has been very poor for years.
Completely agree with you apart from that last sentence. What are you on about?
They lost 7-0 with a better team last season - Bruno, Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez all played
Liverpool could not break them down? Liverpool broke them down several times but their front three could not finish those chances.
Bro is still hurt after he scored against them in the UCL final 🤣🤣
Salah is FINSIHED.. I've been saying this for a while now..He's a stats player
Nonsense. United got absolutely battered by Liverpool last season, they went into the game on a bad run of form whilst Liverpool are flying, and Ten Hag's job is hanging by a thread. A point is a great result for them, regardless of the performance.
I get what u mean, like Its better than last time, but It still poor and could use improvement. We lost the ball a lot didn't create much chances but at least Onana saved us as well as the defense.
I don’t think it’s right to say that united were poor outright. If you look at it from a head to head perspective United we’re dominated but from a defending point of view we weren’t trying to win that game - we just did damage control very well
We're definitely poor now losing against Fullham
First team to take points off Liverpool at Anfield this season, so credit for that and the defensive resilience shown, but they got lucky (should have lost).
Gary is just saying he wants more - Mourinho’s Man Utd did the same game plan a few years ago and he got slated for it.
Don’t think we should have lost
There was not really any clear cut chance for Liverpool however if Liverpool made better decisions they would have had more clear cut chances.
If anything we created the better chance.
Lucky how when united created the best chance of the game.😂
Billion dollar squad parking the bus for a point 👌
@@utdspiritf1virk758 Trent’s effort was incredibly close to a goal. Onana was well beaten if it was a few inches to the left
If.
If it was horrible why did we draw also please give us a break it’s one of our best results because we were annoyed at Liverpool for last year
If a draw is one of your best results you got problems
@@russell6075he means one of our best results at Anfield in years
@@blssd1The other 0-0 was a better performance I guess. United turning into Everton before our eyes 😂😂
@@russell6075 yeah but that's their level at the moment, if you'd told me they'd get a point off us at Anfield after conceding 3 against Bournemouth last week I'd wonder what went wrong (which I'm still wondering considering we had so many chances lol)
It's not just the numbers, it's the performance. Everytime they finally passed to the front, the front would lose the ball. Ex. Almost every time Garnacho had the ball, he'd trip, get ovverrun, lose the ball, no chances. There was a lack of good tactical play
Glazer's fault...obviously unless they won then hear no blame on ppl that are no where near the training ground
Saying we're poor is like saying the sky is black at night
The sky is not black 😂
@@a.k1102 what colour is it then? Because when I look up at night it's not green is it
@@XJokermanX bro I'm shocked, I just google it for fun and it does have green too.😂 "Contrary to the usual impression of bluish night sky colour, in reality the sky is in the orange to green range. Blue colour only appears during twilight hours, due to ozone absorption."
Lol right it's like saying the floor is made of floor. Especially with Fullham 2-0 yesterday
It was a Ten Hag masterclass to prevent Liverpool scoring though.
HAHAHA Is that the level you're at parking the bus like a championship side against your biggest rivals, small club mentality
@@JY-ev5ms but-
Could've kept Mourinho, that's what Neville just said
Masterclass??? 😂😂😂😂😂
Which planet was you beamed down from?
Does this guy even support us??
We weren't as bad as Gaz is saying. He's such a Grinch, always up other teams backside and he's always looking for the bad and negative when it comes to United.
Yeah really poor to defend 34 attempts and have the best chances of the game. If Newcastle pulled this performance Neville would be praising them
lmao true
So Newcastle is now out gold standard? 😮😮😮
@@blackhokage1744 according to some people
United have become a Mickey mouse team, parking the bus to grind out a 0-0 against their biggest rivals, tinpot.
@@JY-ev5ms When we've literally got around 11 players out injured or suspended, what are you expecting?
United salvaged a draw against Liverpool is a good thing but yes improvement is needed.
I agree salvaged is an understatement, we scrapped it so hard 😂 we still have a long way to go
What match was he watching
What does Neville want? Perform and play to Liverpool’s strengths, get beat by 7 again but applaud the “effort”? Wdym that wasn’t a performance? That’s more a performance defensively than we’ve shown in a hot minute? Can’t really win here
who’s hosting this one?
Gary neville is probably happy with the draw, but as a utd player, u should never be. These are standards and they have dropped if we are happy with the tie.
Yes, Liverpool and Man United with nil all draw equals without goal.
We've been scraping all season, expected another massive 7-0 but we survived that time. I'll take it with a relieved sigh😂
I wish he highlighted when man utd were poor.
This mourinho comment annoys me. The Liverpool team mourinho played was yet to have
No van dijk, salah, Fabinho , wijnaldum , Allison, Robertson or Trent
Why Ten Haig has them passing from Onana to the defenders and back again beggers belief, its bizarre to watch. Just play it out properly or boot it up the pitch, like a normal functioning goalie does. I cannot imagine the awesome brute that was Peter Schmeichel doing what Onana does, he would boot it literally nearly the whole pitch up.
He’dve moaned if we’d played well and lost 3-0 as well. If only he’d been a decent enough manager to have a valid opinion
Weather 7 in for Man United against Liverpool, I like last time you gone 7 new but just like me to nail2-0
Why does the microphone look like a TWIX bar?
United been poor all season they did a job yesterday what was asked of the manager
Yeah, last week Man United loss at home against Bayern Munich.
You pundits talk alot...most you predicted 7-0,5-0,4-0 and no one said it can end with even a point and now still talking...i wish you to be coaches GGMU
The side that mourinho played was half the side that is now under kloppp! Behave
Do you expect any less? Got Antony on the wing who is awful offensively and can’t create cross/shoot you name it. Amrabat is completely out of his depth. Positives Mainoo and Varanes return to the lineup return to form
Ten Hag signings
Gary really is coming across badly
We weren't as bad as Gaz is saying. He's such a Grinch, always up other teams backside and he's always looking for the bad and negative when it comes to United.
@@Junier-Hussein he tries so hard to sound none bias but it comes across so poorly, at least carragher doesnt shy away from who he supports, wish gary would be a bit more bias toward united unapologetically
Be careful gary you don't want to offend your fanbase who thinks they are back after getting a draw 😂
They only think they're back in the summer, they're trolling rn
They were poor but with more composure in the box and in their attacks they could have stolen the points there as they had the 2 clearest chances to score ..
Liverpool huffed and puffed but rarely challenged Onana and the back 4 they were in control but lacked the skill to win the game
Give United some credit went there with huge injury list and concerns of another huge defeat and dealt with the best Liverpool had with ease
How about ex players and fan channels get behind the squad and manager instead of spreading unneeded doom and gloom
So u take a snippet of his dialogue and make a huge headline😂😂😂
I think it was good they made a clwan teams
🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬
Once Red
Always Red
Massive
This is for all the EMBARRASSING united fans who are still celebrating their 0-0 "win" at anfield by playing like stoke, absolutely embarrassing how low united have fallen that they celebrate draws in which they had 32% possessions and conceded 34 shots as if they won a cup final.
If the Glazers owned Liverpool, the club would've actually liquidated by now.
@@crashfan9997 The same glazers who have given their manager a higher net spend in 12 months than ours has in 8 years? haha joker
Doooood just be a fan sometimes and not a pundit
I didn't think Liverpool where great either...?
They were very poor because ETH knew his job was at risk, he played 3 defensive minded midfielders and often times had a back line consisting of 7/8 players, ETH didn’t play to win, he played not to get trounced as he would do if he did try play for the win.
Where is ref watch? Jokers just looking for clicks.
Gary is so boring allways criticizing United.
We looked like a Championship team hardly got ut of our own half
I'm sorry but when u got the team with such little morale with an injury crisis to add to it, ur obviously gonna be up against it. I'd take this result cause it's better than getting the usual battering.
@@BigSmokeMUFCspot on lad
I'm a Liverpool and I must say, Gary is a reasonable man. He's a professional
united were lucky to get a draw, 1 shot on target in 90+ minutes and liverpool had 34 shots it was pure luck
We were lucky with the fact that Liverpool were awful no precision or quality decision making in the third half
34 shots 🤣 less than a quarter of them were actually on target
@@astalavista_84so? Liverpool had about 25 chances, the 34 shots show everything

Ronaldo the problem 😊
Missing about 7 players give us a chance kid
Really poor yet got battered at home 3-0 by Bournemouth? 0-0 at Anfield is a good result for any team in the league, Liverpool we’re off it and shockingly bad it’s as simple as that
Utd are back! Baby Ten Hag at the Wheel... Let's Go!!!
United was trying so hard to settle for a draw.. scrapping for Draws and 1-0 wins are their expectations now..oh how the cheating Mighty has fallen
I would take a draw at Anfield, Considering the injuries we have had this season.
SAF used to happily take draws away from home, we didn't just turn up and smash teams every game like you kids think. It was a good point!
😍😍😍😍😍😍👌👌👌👌
United fans were celebrating that draw like they just won the Quadruple..
That's how low the club has hit
They are in ecstasy for that Draw..
Oh how the mighty cheating club has fallen 😂
Be careful Gary, Roy keane will cry if he hears this!
Andre onana completed more passes (30) than any other utd player. Says it all
Scary
It's a massive improvement from that 7 - 0 whitewash and I'm a Manchester City fan.
Manchester United mindset- we are back baby!!!!
