I feel for 4 wheels, TVS is far better than Bajaj. But here in Sri Lanka also Bajaj is market leader due to some reasons...
TVS 3 wheeler is more comfortable and noise level is also very low than Bajaj...
But for the bikes, I am not recommended any Indian bikes...
Even Japanese bikes made in nineties are still far better than Indian bikes...

@@Kelum1980 you guys don't get Royal enfield, currently it's the largest bike manufacturer in the world, also the 650 cc bikes are incredibly good quality for what they are price at.
Out of India you guys don't get quality Indian motorcycles like Tvs , Apache, 200 310 and the following , also, KTM doesn't sell the same bike and other countries like Sri Lanka there are some cost cutting. It's not to do with companies it's to do with what the market is looking for.

@@shree397 Still I prefer CBR, GSXR, R1 or similar bikes, We can buy even 1000 RR if we wish, there are some barriers, but we can buy if we can afford...
I used Honda MD 70, MD90, C90, XLR 125, MBX 125 2 stroke, Suzuki GSXR 250RR (best bike I had), Djebel 125 like bikes. so I can't accept Indian bikes...
They are so unstable, I can't ride them. I feel the un-stability when I am riding...
I have used Honda custom bikes too, Bentley 125, Custom 250 etc...
So I can't feel Royal Enfield too in that level. One bike is already owned by my friend too, but it is not that good for me. For me it is also not match for my choice. It might be heart for you, but for me I can't feel Indian bikes such as Japanese bikes up to now. Sorry bro...

Almost every mid range bike here is drove for atleast 10-12 years before retiring. Even after retirement we sell it to other people by restorating it to some extent. LOL. Other people buy it for learning driving a bike. Or the bikes are buyed by some poor guy who can only afford a second hand bike.

Many Indian upper middle class can easily afford benili 600 or Kawasaki 500 ... But they don't buy it because of monthly expenditure ...
Only ktm is successful with less mileage ...
Re had big engine but their 350 cc has low bhp high torque ..
Even that 350 cc engine with 190 kilo bikes gives 35 km mileage avg .. 😂 ...

The fact that Bajaj is the go to company for middle class 2 wheelers even among Indians is a great thing. Quality at home and overseas alike

I can attest to that here in cameroon, the Chinese bikes are being phased out by the Indian ones, but I know that the Chinese will fight back soon...

I have used chinese for 7 months and broke down 6 times, had to sell it for half the price after a year. I stopped using it after the 7th month because it was too much of work and absolute inconvenient. Had to take it to the mechanic every month and then wait for it to be repaired for days and sometimes even for a week. It not only wasted my hard earned money, it also wasted so much of my time and energy and was useless when I needed it the most.

Very informative. I love to see India emerge as an economic powerhouse. Was thrilled to see Africa and India plan to join forces to become a mega economic powerhouse.PS My husband grew up in Thailand snd said Royal enfield bikes made it to Thailand via Europe, Kyber pass India, Afkanistan, Pakistan, Burma and into Thailand, still truckin. A test of fortitude for.motorbikes.

@aiko4402 actually Mahindra had a license to build Jeeps since world war 2 and has been consistently building them much longer than FIAT-Chrysler.

      @aiko4402
      Please don't insult Mahindra.
The Mahindra🇮🇳 Thar is a completely different vehicle from the relatively inferior FIAT🇮🇹-Jeep🇺🇲 Wrangler. It only looks similar.
The Mahindra🇮🇳 Thar is slightly narrower (more practical for narrow streets and trails), has a higher ground clearance, smoother ride (on roads and highways) and a five star crash rating at less than ½ the price of your relatively crappy 3 star crash rated 🇮🇹Jeep🇺🇲 Wrangler.
This is why the criminals at FIAT-Chrysler🇺🇲🇮🇹 are keeping Mahindra out of the North American🇺🇲🇨🇦 Market with their criminal lobbying of corrupt North American governments. And trying to expensive SLAAPP style lawsuit to force Mahindra out of other markets....

@aiko4402 so you mean to say Audi A4 is copied from Toyota Camry is copied from skoda slavia is copied from Volkswagen virtus is copied from Hyundai Verna... in the same way there is a category where thar and Wrangler share the same design and there is one more that is hummer..will you say now hummer is copied from Wrangler?
