I agree that you get what you pay for. I went on the cruise in mid October and had a lovely time. After watching a few reviews here on UA-cam I expected floating hell and that simply wasn't the case. I do agree that the pork was dry as ever in the main dining room though.
I used to go on it 30 yrs ago when it was Costa Classica, I was 10. I cant wait to go on it and relive memories
Great affordable cruise
The JWB steakhouse dinner and sparkling wine is included in the License to chill package along with 10 free drinks. You can actually check out pickle ball paddles and balls too. I recommend checking out a few reviews for additional tips on what packages to order. I personally spaced out what I paid for. I paid for the cruise first, a few weeks later paid for the license to chill, then the excursion I paid the first day of the cruise. Me and my wife had a great time and are actually going again in a few weeks. Great review! Our room was actually cold at first but we found a good temp once we converted Celsius to Fahrenheit lol and we had an ocean view room so it seemed bigger than the one in the video.

I'm leaving in a couple of days and it will be my fourth cruise on this ship. For me, it's worth the price just to eat constantly.
3:08 thats amazing that the Pool Table is just sitting there. In a Bright Sun Films review of the ship, they mentioned that the pool table was very broken. They then discovered that someone had broken the plastic to hack the game. So they would just play unlimited rounds until a security guard found out and a maintenance guy removed the balls during their game.

We had fuel surcharges years ago for all cruise lines, but not in the last several years.
The Paradise now offers a 3 night cruise.... Also they just got a new Ship leaving from Tampa on 4-5 night on Islander
I saw that. The Tampa ship looks much larger and nicer, hope it works outs for them.

** update for everyone asking, we had an amazing time! i tell everyone i meet to go!! Don’t be scared by the bad reviews, i genuinely had a blast and already planning to book the 5 day one! the ship is older sure, but as my first time on a cruise i can’t complain there was so much to do and look at i wasn’t bored for one second. unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to eat at the dinning halls only the buffets but the food were good! listen it’s not 5 star meal, but i couldn’t complain you are paying 99$ for a 3 day 2 night all expensive pay trip, all the food you can have, a bunch of amenities and activities plus you go to the bahamas. it’s the best deal in a world of expensive traveling! will be going again!

Fuel surcharge = $24 per person
Gratuities = $16 per person per day

@@brittanyb4439 amazing!!! Like I had mentioned it was my first cruise, so I don’t have much to compare, but we had a blast! Staff was so kind and friendly we felt truly welcomed. The food was ok, ! You Have to try the burger bar, burgers and fries were so good, I had like 4 lol. Buffet was descent, loved the panini station and the pasta station, the carnitas stew was pretty good too! We didn’t get a chance to check out Fins the complementary sit down restaurant but we heard good things!
The ship is pretty good, there’s enough things to keep you busy on the 2 day trip, the shows are really cool too, overall for the price and the experience it’s worth it! But mind the extra fees tho, I did end up getting charged $54 after docking ( but it’s disclosed when u purchase the ticket)
@@brittanyb4439I went in Feb it was fun! Didn’t think it was that bad honestly. Everyone gets pretty wild bc they expect it to be the ritz carlton of the waters but its lit a $100 cruise it gets you to the bahamas cheap and theres a lot to enjoy on board food was pretty good too

Nah. This cruise looks awful. I could make better food at home and an inflatable pool in my backyard would be more fun.
I think you are actually paying a cheap way to the Bahamas. The ship is not really the main attraction since its only 2 days lol.

I think it was around $90-$100 for 10 drinks or so
