    Hi Tom, the "ginger warrior" must be so proud to have a son like you. Not only are you such a hard worker, but you do it with such enthusiasm. Your a credit to your parents upbringing, well done to them. Thanks for all the hard work compiling these videos too! Really into farm life now, and what it entails. Keep em coming, regards.

    Hello Tom, George Netroe Deltaville Va. United States. Huge Fan of MN Millennial Farmer. Zach told us what you and other did for him to help him reach 200,00. So as Zach ask I subscribed and I must say I have found a new farmer I really enjoy watching. I do not know much about your operation but with time an video I am sure I will learn more about your operation. Nice to meet your Dad and Mom.
    Thanks taking time to share with us a life of farming. I pray for financial prosperity for this year on the farm and a awesome forecast.

    Just subscribed last video recommendation millennial farmer and I am excited to see how you northerners do it. I am from western New York and worked for local dairy for the last 8 years (equipment operator). Farming builds great guns on you young guys. I retired in 2009 from a 37 year career and wanted to help the local dairy family. Man the price of milk and all the work, then the government regulations, well it’s obvious you have to love it or be just a little off upstairs. Keep safe. Joe

    We always put the feed out while the cows are milking, the joys of locking yokes ha ha stops em stampeding around the yard like hurtle of turtles! You just made me really miss our old 135 that was on the scraper for years, got a shiny new Iseki 4wd as a replacement in the summer and I hate it.... Everything works and it's just got no character! Lol

  • @edwardball790
    @edwardball790 6 років тому

    We don't have troughs we have this shed with just cake feeders a round feeder and this concrete box feeder but bigger but we like it high coz we just feed with the telehandler. Then u get this compacted rubbish that we fork out but we have to scrape that with the handler coz it's just compacted silage

  • @rosemarymurphy5767
    @rosemarymurphy5767 Рік тому

    This is a thought on how to get scraper to work better.Tom you could put weights on each side of scraper evenly . Instead of someone standing on the back that is to dangerous could of fell off got hurt and insurance an hospital will beat you to death. Love your new barn more room for cattle to move around. We our getting slammed with heavy rain and wind an lightning here Central Indiana for the next 3days possible floods. Keep on doing awesome job still would like to see the whole farm cleaned since you got rid of piles of junk and build new barns poorer cement and other stuff ?

    People rave about feeding on the floor but it’s not great we’ve got both and I much prefer the troughs they waste a lot less you might clean a trough every 2 weeks where as on the floor it’s same amount but every week as they flick more out onto the surrounding yard and you have to push it up all the time
