Good job! I've had my hybrid for six 6 months now, and I can honestly say I really like it. Thanks to reddit and your video, I found something I didn't know I had. It's the spray wash fluid for the rear camera. Thanks
Going to the dealership tomorrow to get one; was informed they now have every colour available. That makes me very happy. Thanks for the awesome review!
Very nice review, well done. One recommendation, you can ditch the snow tires for some Michelin Cross Climate and never have to swap tires again! They have performed spectacularly on our CRV hybrid Sport. We've had 120 inches of the white stuff, so they are guaranteed for official extreme snow duty!
Great and fair review. Got the Sport Touring in the US and bought it for my 70 mile mixed drive commute, 20 miles expressway and 50 miles single lane stop and go. Get a steady 40mpg with that commute (40.8 last trip) which I am very happy about. The car drives wonderfully, quiet and fun to use regenerative braking with the paddles, or just drive normal and use the brakes. And enjoy the BOSE, yes I do! The transition from EV to engine assist really is seamless. I get the sense that Honda put extra money into getting the chassis and power train top notch and left out top end tech to save on the total cost. Meaning, yes, I sure wish it had ventilated seat for my chubby buns! AND the 12" screen the 23 Accord has. Average for all driving since it was new: 38 mpg. Love this vehicle.
I have the 2021 Honda CR-V AWD EX-L. My generation and the newer has the same powertrain with different looks for the 2023 generation. The trim EX-L of the 2021 generation has all the belts and whistles except the Hybrid system. However, I am very happy with my 2021 CR-V AWD EX-L. It drives and handles great in any weather conditions or seasons. I got mine for only $33,000 just 2 years ago and zero miles/Km on it. Be safe out there guys.
just leased one day. Look forward to driving it. Handled well and super quiet. Still don't completely understand when the car drives by battery or by combustion engine.
I an looking at This suv and the Toyota Rav $ plug in hybrid and the Hyundai Santa fa plug in hybrid. not sure which one is the best for the money and drive?
@@jgl917 Jamie if you do city driving I highly recommend the crv sport hybrid, iam getting up 45 city sometimes the worst 25 but then it goes up if not just go with the regular gas model.
I was hoping there would be more about the AWD on snow/ice, but the review was well composed nonetheless. I had not heard that the backup camera view was cleaned by the rear washer from other reviews! This doesn't seem like something that would be different in the Canadian and US markets, does it?
The CRV is an incedibly bad value in Canada now. I'm a Honda fan and it just sad to see Honda in its current state. Price hikes to the moon while either not offering features other brands are for less or actully removing stuff the previous CRV had. Go Toyota or Mazda.
I like the CRV but its a little short on towing for a small hybrid suv, with a motorcycle and trailer its about 1500lbs, and I'd like to stay around the 80% rule. I'm the states so we get the sport, which is far better value than the touring which is horrible value. But the dealers locally are marking them up too. Even ridiculous things like $500 just to put air in the tires. OH OH , but LIFETIME AIR REFILLS. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The price is justified because, every other compact SUV is just missing critical pieces. Rav4 is way too loud on the highway Tuscon has no physical buttons Kia just doesn't look like a serious vehicle Mazda too small This CRV hits everything, quiet cabin, drives very well, reliable, good on gas, looks awesome, very spacious, the list goes on. It hits EVERY BOX! It's expensive brand new. You shouldn't buy anything brand new.. get it used and be glad you did !
Somewhat overpriced and less value for the money. 🤮 (And I love and have owned Hondas). $50,000+ for a CRV? 🤣 Sad to see the great Honda price rise so rapidly. Have to look at the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. ✅ Expert Score - 8.0/10 ✅ Excellent detailed review by Justin ✅
The EXL costs $50k in Canada plus taxes, that is absolutely ludicrous haha, I would never ever pay that kinda money for a puny car that doesn't even have a spare tire!

🤣 You won comment of the day
Those are thrusters for rapid deceleration.
Tectonic antigravity reverse thrusters.
Made my day 😅
HI there lots snow build below the doors. is this normal ? or what can be done to avoid. anything need to be install?
Summer

Rav looks like a$$
Is the cargo space of the cr-v just as wide as the rav4
Dors anyone know how much that battery will be when it comes time to repair
Does the tailgate remote
What?
better pricing in the US especially the sport . Sport touring is a bit pricey getting 35-41 city mpg in had It 6 weeks.
I still owns 2005 CRV. Thinking of buying 2023 CRV next week. never had a Hybrid vehicle. Which can you recommend, Hybrid or non Hybrid,

Rav4s have horrible mark ups at the dealers near me.
@@0HOON0 Buy at cost up from approved consultant recommended dealers. Current ETA 3 months.
💯 correct Steve.
Really? I saw price tags like 50k USD for softex XLE AWD.. 😂 for a used one 😮
Hi, regarding 1.5 turbo version, do you think problem of oil cunsumption in previous models is resolved? thanks

Bad place for the heated steering wheel button. It should be open on the bottom.
Ive got no complaints

$51,000? Nah. $40,000 here
Funny the "turbo lag" on the turbo models is tuned in.. those little lawnmower engine baby turbos are max boost at 2k rpm lol
I liked the CRV when it was much smaller.
We all did
Agree. Not sure why the manufacturers are insisting on stretching the SUV’s and in some cases adding useless 3rd seating
