If I had to pick out one thing that stuck with me from this video, it's gotta be the level selection screen. Being able to pick levels just felt way better and a lot simpler in HW. Granted, there are a lot more levels in HW2, but it could still be a more simple UI. Also Hard Mode version of the main menu was a lot more unsettling because of the music. Along with Glitchtrap slowly inching closer to you with every tape you collect.
I can relate, the first time I saw the main menu of hw2 it looked (in my opinion) pretty strange because of the massive helpy screen. I get that they were trying a different approach for the level selection but it just looked disorganised because of how each file is cluttered around the place but it still makes sense because you are on a laptop anyway

I'm seeing a lot of hate for HW 2 and while HW 1 is still my favorite game in the franchise, HW 2 is still phenomenal. You can tell how much more polish there is and how much bigger the team has gotten. The jumpscares are all filled with cool little details, the levels aren't as scary but still stressful, which imo is literally the embodiment of fnaf. It's amazing, they're fun and visually nice to look at, it's got good humor, the music is also amazing, all-in-all a great game if you wanna have fun. For those beating on it for not being scary, just remember that Steel wool has given us dlc for both HW 1 and SB, both dlcs ended up being amazing and terrifying. There's already a folder in HW 2 labeled for dlc so it's already been planned. Have faith because I really feel like they could hit it out of the park with the horror. FFPS and SL levels were some of my favorites, imagine what more they could do in dlc
I don't know what the DLC will be like but I would like the characters that didn't appear in Help Wanted 2 to appear in the Help Wanted 2 DLC, like all the mediocre Melody and Monty Scraptrap and Molten Freddy
I hope the dlc focuses more on horror. Also what if they added a Vr mode for Security Breach, kinda like flatscreen and Vr mode, it would be hard but with games like no man’s sky on psvr2 I know it’s possible, also it would be really cool and scary.
Im sorry, but they aren't even stressful The levels, i was almost sleeping majority of them bcs of how slow The animatronics moviments are in that game, especially The sister location custom night levels. Why they didn't make an all animatronics night with that level? And The plushbaby's are Just super easy and not stressful at all Just bcs now you have infinite battery for your flashlight.
I havnt played help wanted 2, but I honestly feel like I would like it a bit better with all of the options they have, and I have found out I am terrified of Nightmarionetts level..
The only thing thats wrong with help wanted 2 is how the jumpscares are, some of them are very short, others are pretty long, different heights. And various lighting choices, the one that made me so mad was the glamrock bonnie head jumpscare. it reminds me of those old fanmade jumpscares but in an actual fnaf game (which those one suck), for help wanted 1 on the other hand, it felt unsettling being watched by glitchtrap and the hardmode sequence. There were some cool easter eggs to be found in that game. However, help wanted 2 had higher poly models. These different type of poly models in the original game were to differ from each device. I honestly think the whole purpose of the help wanted games are pretty exiting.
This is my opinion about both. Gameplay: I give it to Help Wanted 2, since it has more levels variety, different mechanics, more features and is funnier. But Help Wanted 1 doesn't have a bad gameplay, it's just because the game didn't have that variety of levels, and they felt repetitive sometimes. Graphics and Performance: Help Wanted 2, no question. Story and Lore: I give it to Help Wanted 1, although the story of Help Wanted 2 wasn't bad, the story of the first game was more on point and clear. Horror: Both games are scary, because of the VR experience, but Help Wanted 1 is on top, mainly because of its Hard Mode which twists all colors and ambient. Soundtrack: Both games have great soundtrack from old games, and new sounds, so i don't know lol. Both get points here. Overall, both games are awesome, Help Wanted 2 for me is better in Gameplay and Technical factors, and Help Wanted 1 is better in Horror and Storyline.
Ik, to me 1 felt like what you would expect, feels like the main 4 animatronics from the game in a fitting pizzeria . 2 feels like a mish mash of random models from the game thrown together n some dimensional void.
Help wanted 1 in my opinion was a lot more environmentally terrifying, mainly due to how frightening the original 4 games were, so having them in VR only added to that terror, thats not to say help wanted 2 wasn't terrifying, it still is, but compared to the first game it doesn't compare
I mean we already had some of SL in HW 1. And Security breach + Ruin is something that steel wool created, so probably in a DLC they’ll add more levels of SL and FFPS.
Personally I enjoyed help wanted 2 more, it feels more fun from a neutral perspective, but that could be because I played it on vr but I played help wanted 1 on nitendo 😂
The only thing I don’t like about help wanted 2 is that most of the jumpscare sounds are just from security breach and it bothers me but obviously not the glamrocks just the animatronics that have nothing to do with security breach like ballora, bidybab, etc

The jumpscares through the video don’t look as good, but when playing in game, the HW ones are way to close to your face so you don’t really get to see it, and some of them like the FNAF 1 gang are way to dark. For HW 2 the lighting is brighter so you can actually see the jumpscare and it’s not as close to your face. Also HW1 Game Over and winning screens are so much better by such a large margin it’s crazy how much worse it got in HW 2. I hate how most of the items in HW2 aren’t physical or intractable. I wish we could’ve set up several animatronics on the stage so they could perform, just like a loop animation of them preforming or something, or at least make it so we can spit the animatronic around like in the original HW gallery
They pretty much put more in the help wanted 2 opening and changed the 4 animatronics to ft Freddy, cb, ft Chica, and Roxy. That’s about it for the opening
Help wanted 1’s hub is iconic to me, it was my second ever vr game and it slapped, not saying help wanted 2 is bad, just prefer the og over the steelwool era of games However even I can admit that help wanted 2’s models look 10x better, on the next gen ps5 remaster for help wanted 1, the models still have the ps4 graphics so you can count the edges on some of the animatronics
The problem with fnaf hw 2 is that it is made after security breach, so the game is going to set with cartoon 3d models. Unlike fnaf hw 2, fnaf hw 1 is probably set to a world with very realistic people

Help wanted 2 is very disappointing to me. The only section I find quite enjoyable is the sister location one. It actually makes you feel unsettled and nervous.
I actually kind of have a tie with this one for some reasons. First of all fnaf HW has fnaf 1-3, even though they are all quite easy (especially 3) they have a good show in vr. Also the prizes are more rewardable than in HW 2 because all the HW 2 ones really do is just deck out the hub which may sound cool in the start but not A lot is interactive. And the mini games kind of stick with the survival part of regular fnaf because of how straightforward the games are which in some cases is good. Now for HW2 which has advantages and disadvantages that even them out. First, the games are more fun and definitely build up fear in a way that is better than HW1 (even though the jump scares are mostly reused). Also the game has better visuals instead of the animatronics looking slightly blocky in HW1. And the endings are pretty unique even though there are only 2 of them which was quite disappointing for a game like that (this one still evens out the scale and this is edited but to me I prefer the hw1 title screen over the HW2 one, if the title screen was just there than maybe it would sound new, but it’s kind of just all thrown at you all at once, while the HW1 one is nice and classic with the original animatronics and the eery light on them)

I like the opening from HW2 but if you play it frequently, it gets boring, like, I just want to continue but I have to see the cutscene. Also the design is kinda weird, HW made more sense. Menu from HW 2 is way better, it has the gallery, wich would be like a replacement for the showtime from HW, in HW 2 you have exploration too.< The monitor from HW is way better to me, its easier to find things when you are in screen mode, but HW 2 its not so nice, also the helpy from HW is cute Nightmare/hard mode id say HW 2 because in HW you just change the graphics, but in HW 2 its more interesting Jumpscares, I prefer HW because its less annoying, but HW 2 has better design, I just like HW because it dosent have the security breach sound Death screen, again HW, it is more mysterious, and you can grab carl. Hard mode room, I prefer HW because its creepier, you even have glitchtrap staring at you, in HW 2 its the same thing but ruined.

I like the opening from HW2 but if you play it frequently, it gets boring, like, I just want to continue but I have to see the cutscene. Also the design is kinda weird, HW made more sense.
Menu from HW 2 is way better, it has the gallery, wich would be like a replacement for the showtime from HW, in HW 2 you have exploration too.<
The monitor from HW is way better to me, its easier to find things when you are in screen mode, but HW 2 its not so nice, also the helpy from HW is cute
Nightmare/hard mode id say HW 2 because in HW you just change the graphics, but in HW 2 its more interesting
Jumpscares, I prefer HW because its less annoying, but HW 2 has better design, I just like HW because it dosent have the security breach sound
Death screen, again HW, it is more mysterious, and you can grab carl.
Hard mode room, I prefer HW because its creepier, you even have glitchtrap staring at you, in HW 2 its the same thing but ruined.
I hate the night terrors on help wanted 2
HW 2 felt rushed and desperately adding in, They were just rushing to add every new and forgotten animatronics that weren’t in HW
It doesn't feel that way at all.
I love HW2; it's my GoTY!!!
The game style is much better than HW1 and I LOVE IT!!!
I got both, hw 1 is overall better but i like the SISTER location so much
@@RandomYTAccount__ For me, hw1 is scarier indeed but hw2 has more fun.
umm actually its called jack-o-moon 🤓
lol
Guess I don’t need help wanted 2.
I’ll stick with the far superior first help wanted.
I wouldn’t go that far, both games are completely different and have their own enjoyable moments.
@@MrEggBoi my preference is way the first is all
@@tomwolf785How do you know help wanted 1 is superior if you havent even played the 2nd???
@@Jack_Kennedy1987 one word: preference
Both
What do you mean by moon damage it is eclipse
at that time i didnt know the name my bad bro
Help wanted 1 is good
No, in fact, part 2 is better; at least there are a variety of games that you won’t get bored with.
@@coolman-ms8 I respectfully disagree
@@xxdarkfreddyxx150 why?
@@coolman-ms8 i just think fnaf is getting really childish and the minigames makes the game look like its a kids game, and some of them are boring (sorry if my english is bad i am brazilian)
Bro, I love hw 1 and 2, but hw 2’s entire title screen thing, is horrible. Has no personality, no music, it looks like some crappy render made by a fan with random models put in, there’s no attempt to make it look good either it’s just a blank room, 3 animatronics in front of you, a projector, an animatronic behind you, and like 2 tables, and while hw 1 did the same thing, hw 1 did it better, it had music, it felt immersive like you were in the actual fnaf 1 restaurant. They really messed up on the new title screen.
6:40 I will name him jack-o moon
I guess Help Wanted 1 is better.
HW 2 has better jumpscares
Apparently “better” is a key word for less
No, the jumpscares in HW2 are very quick and the sounds they make are horrible and not scary at all.
Help wanted 2 is better I beat it in a month
