Hey! Amazing question, I should've mention this in the video. Short answer is I don't 100% know, but I would guess that you might be able to do most things I've done in SalesForce, however I would imagine it would take a much (much, much) longer time to do it. Other than that, I would assume pretty much across the board no, unless they have the following functionality: 1. wait steps (for a specific duration, and leading up to appointments), 2. conditional statements, 3. connector steps (2 paths back into each other), 4. webhooks as triggers and actions, 5. entering and exiting workflows, Without these, you'll be fighting an uphill battle the whole way. Other things like SMS/emails/appointments/documents/forms/websites can be outsourced somewhere else (it's do-able but super inconvenient)
