Upcycled Denim Tool Belt

  • SUPPLIES
    Old jeans
    Scissors
    Needle
    Thread
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Cut off legs and front of jeans, leaving the back side and waist belt in tact.
    2. Hem the raw edges.
    3. Cut off the ends of each pant legs.
    4. Turn them inside out and sew the raw hem.
    5. Turn them back the right way.
    6. Sew them to the front of your tool belt.

    I love this idea to use with my sewing and/or craft supplies. I’m going to make one for me and my fried tomorrow. Also this would be great gift for beginner seamstress with all heats she might need. Thanks.

    I would do this if I had a pair of ripped jeans and knew how to properly sew.

      meris mce Not to be rude to the person in this video, but if you ever get a pair of ripped jeans you should try it out because whoever did this sews like a seven year old and it still looks good lol 😂

      meris mce hot glue can work too, or fabric glue would also work

    That is a crap sewing job that would last like two minutes. Denim frays really easily and fools are heavy
