- Bituu shul is one of the Mongolian traditional meals. This soup is very tasty and served with a “skin” of dumpling dough covering the bowl. The meal is specially dedicated to a person who needs medical treatment or a person who is on fatigue. Thanks to the Ragchaasuren and Khishigsuren's family!

Greetings from Kazakhstan! I 've known this dish since my childhood. My acquaintance showed me how to cook it. Its really simple, healthy and flavorfull meal. So delicious! I can easily eat it everyday))) strangely, but kazakhstan people dont know much about it...except Kazakhs from Mongolia. I'm gonna advice this video to my friends!

We eat certain food as a medicinal purposes. Bituu shul is immune booster. It’s rare people make it just for food.
Soup Therapy! I've never seen this preparation, I know I'd like it! My ancestors made something similar, but out of chicken. I like the looks of this! There are some Chinese soups that are steamed, which I really like, they have a clear natural flavor. It's almost like she's making one big dumpling.
