    This would have been nice growing up learning how to flare. When I was younger we were lucky to get our hands on some vhs tapes to learn. This was one of the first powemoves I learn.

    i would just use the airflare attachment for doing flares also , mines is home made one ... rope spindle and motor bike inner tube

    • @supwill
      @supwill  4 роки тому +1

      Hey, agreed that the inner tube technique does work as well, however this flare machine really works your hips. This is also very similar to the machines that gymnasts use to train Thomas flares, gymnastics-equipment.com/thomas-flair-appliance.html (example of what I've seen in gymnastics gyms)

    • @supwill
      @supwill  3 роки тому +1

      @@denkorea I agree the best way to learn flare or airflare is by doing it. G-force is a tool, like many tools we have in our daily lives, it aids (helps) us in our journey of learning and growing. Do give the tutorial a read in the description as it will mention that at the end of the day, nothing will beat just doing the move (once you have built up the proper muscles, ligaments, and form). Both moves are very complex and can be easily dismissed as not because we see people with great form perform them with ease. Break down the movements of each move and you will find that it's ultimately a combination of different components of your body working in sync to produce a flare or airflare. Thanks for sharing your opinion 🙏🏼
