also you have 75% less max mana and gain 90% less max mana from items
and manaless and energy less champs uh... well they just have 60% cdr to kinda balance it out lol

@@JaySea no, that was a joke. This isn't an official mode that people can play, it's using some kind of bug he found. He's not displaying how to do it because it would encourage people to go ruin real games using it.
They are also on the PBE server, so it's likely a bug only the beta server has the ability to do.

Imagine Riot Releases a Game Mode with 100% CD. And the goal is 200 kills or End the Game. The respawning is also capped in 20 seconds.
Public matchmaking would ruin it. Everyone would pick bs champions like Tryndamere to win by sacrificing fun. Now if that was a custom game option there would be potential.

@@ronjozefcuyos8462 There's so much potential bs. Teemo would probably dominate the game. The most ideal thing would be to have 30 pre determined champions to pick that are all balanced for the shenanigans. Unlimited freedom in custom games.

PoM was changed to not give max resource anymore. Now it just increases resource regen after attacking a champion
@@Perseus-17 it still gives mana on takedowns which is what everyone got it for to begin with
I used it on Blitz in a prev video, but overall these games were done in a huge rush so we didn't fully optimize :p
