That is what happens when motorcycles become more affordable and more people are getting their weekend road slayers. Sadly the mentality of riding safely and riding defensively does not come along with the motorcycle purchase. Ego rules till you are buried six feet under I guess.
@ there was a vid of a white zx25 recently, makan lane and there was bunch of groups waiting for him the following weekend to go and teach him a lesson to never do that. Safe to say that he never went to btic, or I would have gotten the news that he got scolded for his actions
Statistically, the Scooter is going to crash first, but this one might have a licence. One never knows: I would let him go to ovoid rear-ending. Not all of them know my brakes are much better.
@@thesighbored In my country, that is an elderly person on an e-bike: Twice the number of fatalities compared to motorcycles (who wear helmets, absolutely all of them-- I have never seen one without)
They go electric because they can no longer peddle. In the region with the fewest speed cams, the yearly fatalities went up 10%, while in my wider neighbourhood there now are 6.7% less. My limit was 6 speeding tickets in one day: that's 324€... or too much for an average pensioner.

@@thesighbored 2 of my neighbours died on the same €30 step they got from Santa. The neighbour who hit them... then drove to the highway, left his car and killed himself in the same way. In most of our secondary roads, it is forbidden to pass unregistered vehicles: they have absolute priority.
