Training With The Viking Swords…

-Without a doubt, the Blood Dragon is a weapon that changed tournaments forever. It’s a weapon that I almost immediately found to be of great use in tournaments. It’s the perfect melee weapon. It’s damage, attack rate, reach and mobility are remarkable. Playing with it feels like taking a speed booster to tournaments. However, this weapon didn’t always exist and before the birth of the Blood Dragon, many great players would use the Viking Swords in tournaments. I have tried and failed many times to get far in the Arena of Death using the Viking Swords. I am simply not used to a weapon that does not provide the same mobility as the Blood Dragon. It makes me admire the old school players even more knowing they had to carry a much slower weapon back in the day. Even recently, a friend of mine told me that he won a tournament with the Viking Swords. Yesterday, I decided to practice with them in the Arena of Death, and surprisingly I was able to score 50k+ points! A few takeaways from this experience. I like to let the zombies gather up and then kill them off slowly. The mobility the Blood Dragon gives me lets me put some distance between myself and the zombies. It’s a lot riskier doing this with the Viking Swords because they don’t let you run as quickly, so the zombies are much closer to you. And sometimes, if a horde of zombies is big enough, they can push each other even closer to you and hit you. This forced me to be more offensive in style and kill zombies more often. At the same time though, I had to use a lot more painkillers, which you probably noticed. I was slower than usual, so there were situations which forced me to use the painkiller’s slow-mo effect to dodge some attacks. Furthermore…I can see why some old school players would take the ammo chicken with them back in the day. Zombies will stop to attack them if they are close enough. This helps you put some distance between yourself and the zombies. The ammo chicken’s weakness is that it sometimes has trouble keeping up with you though. I’ll keep practicing, and hey, who knows, I might just try to play a tournament with the Viking Swords.

Hmm…en lo personal no la recomiendo. Sobre todo si planeas usarla para los torneos. Para que el arma haga el máximo daño posible tienes que acercarte a ellos, tal y como lo dijo Sr. Gamer. Y eso es bastante arriesgado.

True... Old tournament players could make 80-90k, maximum 100k. I don't think blood dragon requires many skills.
