    I’m growing mine now in fall when temp are declining. It was able to grow a root while being outside in a pot. Should I bring the acorns inside?

      You should get nitrogen fertilizers and prune

      @@Jipsy7969 I dug dirt off my hiking trail, and threw the acorns in after keeping them in the fridge soaking. Now I have sapling with leaves bigger than my thumb!

    When wonders of Planet Earth are discussed, I wonder if anyone considers this process as THE wonder?...I mean, a multi-ton English Oak from a 4 gram acorn?.....something from next-to-nothing?....not seen, so far, anywhere else in the Solar System. A unique process on a unique planet already!

      @kaydenl3 Рік тому +1

      I don’t know about where to buy them, but I find a ton of oak trees just in parks around my house, and some of my neighbors have oak trees, so you may be able to just steal a few acorns (no one will mind, they make SO MANY acorns every year) there are a good amount of kinds of oak trees, but they all work the same they just have slightly different leaves and acorns

    National Acorn Day. A new holiday. The school children will color paper sacks and be taken to the parks for a field trip for the acorn hunt. An educational field trip to learn about the forests and the birds and animals. The acorns collected and turned in to the counties.
    You can buy an oak seedling for 50 cents and plant it and in 35 years it will be worth $3,000. That 600,000 % in 35 years. More oak for furniture and home interiors. 1,000 oak trees planted will be worth $3,000,000. in 35 years. Why buy a 30 year bond at 2% when you can have a return of 600,000%. Oak lumber is $5.00 per board foot. National Acorn Day will support a tremendous number of jobs and create wealth for generations to come and insure our ability to build and finish nicer homes for generations.
