I really enjoyed this show and I believe many were biased towards the show because of its inaccuracies but in the end it was a good show and I was deeply entertained to the very end.
Poor Henry. He almost had it right with Jane. Jane was legitimately his wife and Queen, she gave him the son that he so desperately wanted, she was good to Mary... Such a shame.
i think its close between her and Anne. Catherine of Aragon seemed to think i am the one and only. but you cant blame a catholic for that really! Anne was perfect for him, she was everything i think a wife should be. loving, loyal and not prepared to take shit!
Out of all his 6 wives the only one that was given a queen’s funeral was Jane Seymour and then when Henry died he was buried with her at St George’s Chapel
Not the best wife, but she gave him what he so badly wanted and was quiet and submissive. In reality, she never welcomed or favoured his second daughter Lady Elizabeth.
@Estrellakatarinathegreatrussian She should have welcome Elizabeth given that unlike Anne, she was not seduced by ambition and power. Could have done better...
@Estrellakatarinathegreatrussian Perhaps but Jane was trying hard to look like a sanctuary of love so it's strange she didn't try harder with an innocent child, really..
I don't know why do you believe she did nothing for Elizabeth. Both of Henry's daughters came back to court during Jane's time. She was said to be the kindest wife.I don't think she was unfriendly to Elizabeth.

Why do u pity him? The man was nuts.
More like poor Jane. Married to old, fat man whose mood changes every second and who can execute you for looking in the wrong direction.
He returned to her in death - he's buried right next to Jane
Elizabeth I took the revenge to all of these..
@@Airtime2030 exactly why he's to be pitied.
King Henry the 8th was a redhead. It really annoyed me that the show couldn't keep that one simple FACT.
Jane Seymour was also rather plain, not beautiful like the two actresses that played her.
Best wife.

Renlentless Tourist Anne oh please. The best was Jane and Catherine.
Renlentless Tourist
Anne was far from the best. It had to be a tie between Catherine of Aragon and Jane.
Victorious are you saying that from your point of view, or from his point of view?
i think Anne was the best.... she never took shit and wasn't afraid of Henry so much. none of the others spoke back... apart from Catherine of Aragon!
Remember this scene. He pretty much asked her, "Have you lost your fukking mind?"
That's why she looks so upset.
He said "i love you more than her(Anne),don't spoil it".
Best theme
Best wife :-)
this is beautiful... I can't wait for the soundtrack to be released
Out of all his 6 wives the only one that was given a queen’s funeral was Jane Seymour and then when Henry died he was buried with her at St George’s Chapel
Catherine Parr was given the first Protestant funeral for a Queen
I like it a little bit faster. Its still very sad :(
Natalie Boleyn what a cool lastname „Boleyn“ :-)
Thank you, I love this song, it`s so sad ...

I think it was fear. The fear of Henry. Elizabeth would have reminded him of Anne and maybe he would have not treated Jane properly for that.
