- After joining the Boy Scoutz, Bart finds out that he can't have a knife until he reads a safety manual and passes a test. Bart doesn't bother and leaves but everywhere he goes people are enjoying knives.

I love the concept of Moe going all the way to the Simpson's house just to tease Bart by being extremely happy over his own knives to make him cry. It's such a hilarious role reversal of Bart taunting Moe.
"Yeah I've got not only a really COOL knife, but TWO of them! And you have ZERO! You'll never ever ever have knives of your own, ever!"

I hope this doesn't mean that Bart is going to off Homer, Marge, Lisa & Maggie with that knife. No please no. Only in the Dark Simpsons universe to where it is indeed a disturbing universe.
He showed no indication of that: if anything he would try to explain to Mr. Sinatra the situation, then kill Homer for getting him beat up.
