- Whenever I post this bike I instantly get kudos and positive feedback. Whether in person or online it's upgrades and custom exhaust stand out! Since I get so many questions about what was done to it I thought I'd just make a video instead. Enjoy everyone and keep both wheels up!

So happy I stumbled on this video. When Neville bought this I had a 2000 RC51 with a few mods, nothing like this. MD did great work on this bike. I was lucky enough to ride it and it was amazing and sounded incredible. RIP brother! So glad his bikes went to a good friend of his.
Thank you for the words. I told him before he passed that even though in my possession they will never be my bikes, and I'm just taking care of them until I see him again.

yep, still here. You should look up Scott Wolfe for a hidden faring stay. That would be a great inexpensive addition to that super custom bike.

What a sweet RC-51, I just saw one of these last week. Honda's legendary hat tip to the Tamburini Ducatis.
I had it's older brother......a 98 Super Hawk......loved it.

Very nice! I have an 01, also here in Canada. Not nearly as fantastic as yours , Hindle highs and a PC5 , love the brake upgrade. Forks are killer over the top! Love to hear you continue to keep it for your departed friend . Mine is for my older brother who passed, never will it get sold . Horrible below 100 k but what a thing as you cruise around a little faster. Be safe and thanks for taking the time to tell us about it !

Holy shit. So glad this came up on my feed. So sorry to hear about your friend. I wish my friends were here long enough for us to get into bikes. I have other things of theirs I’ll never get rid of. Anyways, this is the most perfect rc51 there is, my absolute dream bike. The undertail exhaust makes this bike that much better, always thought it would look better. Thank you for sharing with us, subscribed.
My rc51 was stolen and the only bike I would consider as a replacement was of course another rc51. It’s a no brainer😁

I’ve got Lazer pipes on mine and OMG do they sound beautiful! That bike of yours is everything you could ask for in a sports model. An all time classic, the best Honda ever made for road use.
Sorry to hear about your friend - I have an 02 SP2 that I bought new, have 27500mi on it and two bros pipes. Incredible sound. Can you post another with the exhaust to listen to?

Hey Jon. Love the Colin Edwards look! I have a friend who has one, and trying to convince him to sell. He is motivated but were at different places on price point. If it doesn't work out I may go another route and get either a Duc 1098 or 848 as I have a lot of OEM parts from the 1098R that was also in my friends collection. In any case, I'm not in a rush, but I'll eventually get something. Cheers mate!

@@johnworkman5581 thanks John! A good friend of mine has the 2021 factory model and it's pretty sweet! I just picked up a 2013 ZX10 that will be converted to track and still want to add another ducati as well but waiting for the right deal to come along.

When you get a little more mature and experienced maybe you can stand out from the masses by owning a Ducati or Aprilia. If you can afford one that is.
