Just in process of purchasing a used preferred . Wife loves it. Only thing we noticed is the hood is not visible from front seat. Makes you feel a bit funny when to park. This model doesn’t come with close proximity sensors. The back up camera makes up for that when backing up. We have a 2017 crv which is bigger but rides stiffer then this Buick...we’re impressed
