That was unbelievable. I’ve never heard so much rubbish in my life. I’m left pondering who is the most ludicrous, the speaker or those who turned up to listen.
Slight problem. There is no climate crisis. However, as you think that there is let’s hear your transition program to renewables? How will this be achieved? When will it be ready. What is required? Number of wind turbines? Number of solar panels? Number of hydro dams? Number of whatever? Where? When? Remember that this must be done worldwide. Also remember that overall energy consumption in 2050 is thought to be 50% more than 2020. What to do when no wind? What to do when too windy? What to do when no sun? If batteries are the answer - What capacity? How many? Where? When? If pumped hydro is the answer - What capacity? How many? Where? When? Also to be considered - Renewables are just 10% of all energy. (Been that way for years.) Hydro = 7%. Solar = 1%. Wind = 1%. Others = 1%. Nuclear = 5%. Fossil fuels = 85%. I really do want to hear your program and schedule.
Absolutely loved this Jonathan - such a terrific talk :)
Really enjoyed this. So helpful and vital for everyone to understand. Thank you
Good discussion of the difference between the jargons: net zero, carbon neutral etc.
Such a fantastic talk giving a really clear and straightforward overview of the challenge that we face and how we can solve it... so good!!

There is no solution ... but there is a problem ... enjoy the short time we have left :)
Theres no need to answer this questions if you believe that theres no climate crisis at the first place
