Are there any problems with testing highly intelligent autistic individuals? Because of their literal thinking I can very well imagine some of them answering 'true' to 'I am sad' and 'false' to 'I am depressed', because they will know depression as a clinical word and would either feel to not be qualified to tell, or know to differentiate between a fleeting emotion and one present for longer than 3 or 6 months. Anyone know if autistic individuals have normal VRIN and TRIN scores?
