Crunchy Lemon Cilantro Salmon
Ingredients
Salmon Filets (2 Filets)
1 Tablespoons mayo
1/2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Panko
Directions
- In small bowl add, mayo, mustard, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
-Season fillets with salt and pepper, spread sauce on top, then sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
Airfry for 15 minutes on 400 degrees
Garlic Rice:
-cook rice per instructions but cook in chicken broth
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a pan and add cooked rice.
- season with garlic salt, pepper, minced garlic, parsley.
-fry for 5-10 minutes
