Chicken Recipe:
-Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Pan fry on high heat for 3 minutes and then flip chicken. Once chicken is flipped, bake chicken at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Set chicken aside
Sauce:
-Melt butter, Add 1/2C chicken broth, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Cook for a few minutes before adding chicken back in. Let chicken cook in sauce until sauce is thickened.
Mash potatoes:
-Wash and Roughly peel potatoes. Chop in cubes and add to water and bring to a boil until softened.
-Reserve 1 Cup of potato water for mashing and drain potatoes.
- Add potatoes back in pan, add butter, salt, pepper, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and a splash of potato water and mash. Add as much water as needed and mash until desired consistency

This has been the most challenging year we both have gone through. His health and unexpected traumas with family members we had to distance are selves from for safety purposes. Hey Lexy , I love the white vinegar hack for laundry. I have been using it for a few months now. I use baking soda and vinegar to wash my whites and all my dog’s bedding.

This year my 2 oldest are home from college. We will be home together this Christmas. Christmas Eve dinner with movies and games. We have matching pajamas this year for a family photo with my husband and our 2 dogs.
