Horror users are the type of a trickster to fight with you, they usually not go straight forward to attack people. Some of players playing as him will normally just stands still to make the Chara team get a little distracted before throwing an axe. Either when entering hunger mode, it is technically hard to survive during that state.
To kill Horror, you need Snow Ring to freeze his stamina regen for getting hits and kills or Killer Knife with his execute ability. You also can kill him with Asgore Trident though it's better to not get hit and wait for everyone else to be dead since Horror is weak to Trident in a 1v1 situation cause of how beefy Asgore Trident makes you and it wastes Horror's stamina quickly due to fire. Horror is still op when used correctly so don't think that these weapons can directly counter him and you can just rush and spam their abilities. Snow Ring is overall the best choice for Horror however.
A good gunner with a teammate can do the job quite nicely too
I thinkel every reworked weapon can do the Job if used correctly
Buddy you forgot about after frisk his after save can avoid him at all times and he can leave from the decoy trap and can also attack from far

Horror was one of my fav characters in the game, now he get even cooler than he was and freakin love it as hard as fell.
theres a really good combo for horror, throw axe, melee axe, then blink. use blink if your cornered, and use throw axe to make people bleed out. bleed out helps you take down snow ring users and kindness users as they counter horror pretty well due to healing items not being well affective when bleeding
throw axe should be used at the start and during hunger, at the start : used to bring down people's health at the start, hunger : sneak attack. throw axe is also good in close range, acting like a sub for melee axe
snow ring, killer knife, and (maybe) asgore trident, is good for countering horror. snow ring being able to stop horrors regen, killer knife is able to cut horrors stamina in half, and asgores trident is good to drain stamina, however horror is STILL able to counter these sadly, except for snow ring

Plus Hard Sans is immortal in fact bc if he has more than 100 stam he recieves 0 dmg

with horror (i got 10k exp before the exp boost ended) i just go middle, attack and avoid, camping with the bone zones, use the decoy, and kill the fools, if no fools, i just outlast til H U N G E R, the teamwipe begins.

This is what i lern from playing horror : he recovers stamina with kills (kinda)
If you are in hunger state, you can heal urself if you damage chara team, also it's restore hunger a little to, if I'm not mistaken

@@determined_ink7753no you get random like you have a weapon and you have kindness right there a chance you get rat icecream but you still have your weapon and rat icecream so you have 2 weapons

Also how do you do the dash for the headdog ability? I thought it was just a melee.
It's an upgrade. You hold down the m1 to charge it up. If you hit it correctly, you can multihit with it
