This movie is abomination and doesn’t deserve to be consider a sequel, the original dark night of the scarecrow back in 1981 was and is a timeless classic horror gem, everything about the original was perfect, it didn’t need a sequel, it didn’t need one, no one asked for this movie to be made, I will make a list of reasons why this movie sucked and why it failed
1. The original cast is not in the movie and it doesn’t have the original director who directed the original movie
2. They’ve ruined suspense character by turning scarecrow into senseless generic slasher
3. The effects and CGI are unrealistic that it makes it look a video game
4. There is a lack horror, chemistry or suspense in it
5. the plot and writing is stupid
6. it was boring, forgettable and a waste of time
7. Scarecrow is not evil nor he’s a monster, scarecrow is known as Bubba who is a good person, Bubba was a tragic character who demonised by Mr Hazelrigg and his cronies, he only wanted revenge on Mr Hazelrigg and his cronies that wrongfully accused and killed him when they had no legal right to take law into their hands and got away with it after killing Bubba in cold blood, he stopped Hazelrigg who tried to harm Marylee who he liked very much, after he got his revenge, he was finally at peace with Marylee, he doesn’t harm or kill anyone else who had done nothing to him, he was never seen moving until the end of the movie is what made the character scary
