Please take no offense but I'm sharing my experience.
This building belongs to Sankirtan department but I want to say that their service and product quality has degraded rapidly!
I used to buy incense from them for my daily use.
Last year only I bought worth 3200rs incense from them, 20 different packs in total. But except for 5 packs(Sandal and Kasturi), the remaining 15 packs were totally a waste and most probably expired. I tried to contact them over phone, but none received.
If it was just any other Business shop I would have just contacted the consumer forum, but since it's ISKCON I don't want to cause any defamation to it.
If possible, please covey this message to the relevant authority so that Sankirtan doesn't get maligned.

I am also a lord Krishna Devotee.
Since last five years I visit Iskon whenever I get time.
However, recent experience has not been good.
Visited Iskon two days back. Their ( Govinda Restaurant) food quality has detoriated. Even for a glass of water I had to wait for pretty long time. Even sitting arrangement was not proper.
It appears Iskon is temple of rich persons where poor people cannot afford and purchase food and snacks as it's too expensive.
Only upper middle class and high class category of people can pay Rs. 550 or Rs 650. Poor people have to remain satisfied with khichdi only.
Yes, Govindas restaurant is little costly. But u r wrong about that ISKCON is for rich people. Its for everyone. Here thousands of poor people also come for Prasad & Darshan....during Covid time, our ISKCON fed millions of needly people with Prasad everyday. At Mayapur there are multiple Prasad shops, if Govindas is not in your budget, then go to Mahaprasad snacks shops, there u can get budget friendly Prasad of your choice easily. 🙂
