Absolutely. 1p old money and hit him with ALL CHARGES which can be landed on his doorstep. He may save face and claim victory (as did his wife), but money matters as much to him, so his him where it hurts. He's just doing this all out of spite to his father. The time period for filing had well passed, but the judge allowed Harry to go forth and file anyway. Preferential treatment? Apparently, the lawyers saw this weakness on the part of the judge, and seem to have taken advantage of it. Also, why did Harry drop the item related to Chelsea Davy? Perhaps she had her attorney reprimand him for dragging her name into this without her knowledge or permission. Harry uses people for self-serving purposes with no care to how it affects them, as long as he gets what he wants. My opinion.

Chelsy Davy herself stated that Harry was paranoid and saw bugs and cameras everywhere they went, he was convinced they were lurking in the bushes - there were no cameras anywhere. It was all too much for her because the older he got the more paranoid he became.

In the US, this case would have been thrown out in 2019 due to lack of evidence and to repeated incomplete pleadings.

The judge in a civil case about alleged breaches of privacy has no jurisdiction over IPP status.

If they had proof, the court would have heard by now and the journalists involved would be bang to rights. Harry may feel he is vulnerable, but the behaviour of both he and his wife contribute to this alleged vulnerability. The people who decide on who gets IPP will have see that. Besides which, feelings of vulnerability don’t fulfil the criteria for IPP status.
Honestly, tho, why is the judge letting this carry on. His job is to provide a judgement, so judge and close this circus down immediately.

His chasing IPP status is worrying. What shenanigans is he so desperate to not be questioned about? His allegations are childish and smack of an overactive imagination and perhaps substance induced paranoia? He has no concept whatsoever of the reality that we all face. We work to fund our lifestyles and don’t expect others to pay for it.

It seems the lawyers are milking this action for all its worth. The lawyers should have identified these sort comings that lead to a waste of court time. The judge should repremand them for failing to act in the best interest of the client, the court and justice.
Those allegations have the smell of the solicitor being the mouthpiece for the client.

It sounds to me like Harry has absorbed American ideas about courts and the justice system from Meghan. There, money is the name of the game, and if you can pay, there's no end of willing judges and courts available to entertain whatever lawsuits you care to parade through their doors. You may lose, of course, but judges don't abruptly order you to cut the crap or you'll be getting a judgment on X day whether you like it or not. Harry has the money to play games in court, and figures it's worth it to pursue his vendetta and "campaign" to tame the press.
The Judge has actually hit on this in his statement - about both sides having lots of money and being entrenched in their views.

Money is the name of the game the worldwide, not just the US. The money is flowing to Harrys legal team. As long as Harry is paying, his legal team will continue to bring whatever bogus lawsuits they can to court. The court has to put a stop to it, which is what Justice Francourt is doing.
I don’t know how they are coping with stress for an ordinary person the stress in delays is awful and shouldn’t be underestimated . It gave me a complete and utter breakdown which I have never recovered.

There were probably no bugs. Harry assumes there were bugs because the media/paparazzi seemed to know where he was and turned up. Could be a number of reasons other than bugging that they knew his whereabouts.
No. Employees would be under pretty strict observation. Rooms? Far too many footmen to be walking round with surveillance equipment. Cars? Not unless the chauffeur did it! It's all fictional. 'Harry' just isn't that important and isn't even named that. ( It's actually Henry plus others). He is quite literally a spare, conceived in case William had died unexpectedly during childhood. It is this irrelevance which I think is fuelling his imaginary allegations. He is desperate to be relevant.

I used to have so much respect for Harry. He was the rebel, the soldier, the "normal" royal. He's now become as arrogant and self obsessed as his wife, a place he will never recover from as far as I can see.

The stress for an ordinary person of any sort of dealings with a court should not be underestimated it gave me a complete and utter breakdown which still haunts me 20 years later. You just want it over with not all the delays.

I used to love Prince Harry!! My god I cant believe how much I dislike him now. I think what ever he try's to do in the future wont be good enough . I'm British and wasn't a royalist , What he did to the Queen is unforgivable ..... Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made me a ROYALIST! and educated me of what our government system is, Long live the King.
I think a lot of people feel the same, and especially a lot of Americans have become enamoured with the RF and their lives of service, hightlighted by and in contrast to Harry and his wife’s life of griftus.

First of all, I don’t understand how somebody can sue for something that has damages when they have no proof of a crime having taken place. But aside from that, is this kind of like when Harry was on the stand (was last year now?) against the other newspaper, where he said, (and I’m paraphrasing here) “ I don’t know how they got the information. That isn’t my job so I wouldn’t be able to tell you how they did it”.
