Rofco B20 bread baking

- Rookie home baker (that's me!) utilizing Rofco B20 to the best of his ability. The loaves in the video are a mixture of spelt, wheat, and rye flours, hydration is slightly above 70%. Need to work on dough composition, shaping, scoring, shimmying the loaves off the peel, and probably other steps too, but overall I'm fairly content with the results.
