So, not to get like depressing, but I will say that the depiction of the hands all over her body was a great symbolism and honestly, as a rape survivor, that's honestly how it feels, like brands on your skin. This is criminally underrated! I've seen a lot of animatics for this song and I think yours is by far the best I've seen. You really captured Kathrine's anger at being used over and over again throughout her life. I really loved all the portions with the disembodied hands. That was a really cool idea and you did it well! Also, the last part with the beheading? Perfect.
And when she heard she was going to be executed, she ran down the hallway into his meeting room to beg him to spare her. Some say they can still hear running footsteps and her crying in that hallway.
I also heard that it took a couple tries for the axe to even hit her in the neck. Apparently it landed on her back the first time and it took an hour to get it out and try again because Henry was too cheap to hire an actual swordsman to aim better and cause less suffering before her tragic end

I relate to her story so much. Her first experience (like mine) was when she was too young to know it was wrong. By the time she realised she should not have been doing it, it was too late and she was already doing it too much. And she finally gets a friend he turns out to be the same, her story resonates with me so much.

I don’t know why, but Katherine reminds me of Eliza in Helpless during certain parts of this and that really freaks me out.

This is criminally underrated! I've seen a lot of animatics for this song and I think yours is by far the best I've seen. You really captured Kathrine's anger at being used over and over again throughout her life. I really loved all the portions with the disembodied hands. I especially love how you added you own flare to it like at 1:24 where you have her trying to reach out to her younger self and then someone restraining her from warning her younger self. (and I totally get what you mean about struggling to keep interest in a big project and then just scrapping it when you don't finish it. I relate to her story so much. Her first experience (like mine) was when she was too young to know it was wrong. By the time she realised she should not have been doing it, it was too late and she was already doing it too much. And she finally gets a friend he turns out to be the same, her story resonates with me so much.
