I miss Gavin. Would someone hire him to star in a show that teaches about restoring anything and everything? He truly made everything Drew sold look amazing, and he genuinely seemed delighted by the results. In addition, he's easy on the eye and has a great, dry wit. Where in the world is Gavin? I'm sure others must miss him as well...
If you click on an episode and don't like the chap then don't watch it and make stupid comments... If your not going to say something nice, don't say anything at all.
@13:10 Broken glass and high restoration costs. "No pane, low gain"? "High class, no glass"? "It's a little cracker"? "Shiver me winders"? "It's a little bit crazy"?
Car boot sale prices. Drew is given a great price and he still has to get it for less. And that is while taking into consideration his expenses, employees, cost of his large building, electricity, phone, internet, etc. Drew is what Americans call a picker/reseller/antique dealer. A salvage is when a building is being demolished.
Drew Didn't "SHOW ANY INTEREST IN IT," He Gave It High Praise, Pointing Out the History & Special Details ! It Sounded Like He Was Trying To Sell It To The Man. The History Lesson & Descriptions Should Be Filmed Privately Later & He Needs Not Build Up It's Value With So Many Details. It May Be Good For The Program's Viewers, But It Will Interfere With Him Getting Any Bargains.
You obviously have never owned or managed a business. Why don't you take the time to calculate just the vehicle cost, gas, and payroll for just the two of them driving one day? Do you think the profit from all of these items when sold even cover the weekly payroll? If anything, he pays too much for many things.
Don't forget that every antique shop he visits gets great advertising and will have a stream of future customers coming through their door. Even if they sell a couple things cheap its just an investment in advertising their business.
Tee is so spot on humorous, he is ON it, and half the time it's done gone by before Drew realizes it!!
would like to see the refurbishment process on that Horwich sign
Love Tee’s sense of humor!!

I wish we could see more of the restored pieces. Great program.
I think he has a website. I didn't even think of that until seeing this comment.
That would be fun to see the end result of restoration.
it would be nice to see the restoration plus the price he actually paid for it (minus restoration costs) and then the final sale price
There are episodes in this series that focus on restorers and the process of restoration of an item purchased by Drew.
There is a spin-off show of this show where they show the restoration.

" you´re "
I 100%agree that vintage and antique is green....hope that these places, as they go, just sell cheap and clear out
Amazing and fab are not the words I would use on unrepaired stock.Rebecca always gives me a laugh. !!
Gosh I love that bakers draws..
I like the remnants of frame on the Horwich Industrial sign!
When starting to bargain for a price Drew must love to hear the words................. 'I haven't got a clue'!!!

Without T this programme is just not the same.
30:04 - I fell like not saying “not my cup of tea” was a missed opportunity
Thanks for the upload!
Sidekick T? Hello! More like driver and heavy mover! Belittlement only belittles the belittler!
Sidekick isn’t belittling!
Jealous? No friends? Might be your snotty attitude!
A beautiful and very impressive presentation. I wish you success in your work and success. Accept my greetings.

Great show
I just love this show.. Proper Englishmen.
LOL British he’s Walsh
As an American, the oak desk chair looks American to me too!
My dad had one back in the 1960s and it was a battered old relic then.
I agree
Looks american
Nice wide seat. I know of a theater that all the patrons were measured before the seats were made.
It's not actually Arabic but more Persian architectural. The Arabic building were more cubic, squarish building with no windows or tours.

@02:35-Tee and I said "the wizard" at the exact same time!!
He would have more money to spend on the great stuff if he would stop buying every damned lamp he sees!!!
Its a stool Rebecca not a chair.!!

@@greg6235 Agreed, there are many times someone makes an offer which is too low and he will say that isn't a fair price and pay more than they want.
H3 is. Business. If people retail for everything then good luck on that.
