Prices will increase there is no doubt about it, only thing you have to check is whether the place/township where you bought your plot is in the authority masterplan or not, if it is in the masterplan then the area will be acquired by authority sooner or later in this case your entry price plays a very important role because if the price is low then only you will be able to make money on that and if the area is not in the authority masterplan then your chances are very high of getting a good exit, just make sure your developer has all the necessary documents required for building a residential township.
