    1 American Company Avery Dennison ne apni factory mein apna production shuru ker diya hai 2023 June se. Ye Sector- 28 mein hai Jewar Airport ke paas.

    Jewar airport is only for commercial use. Passenger flight to 20 saal tak bhi nhi ayegi. IGI bhi expand ho rha hai. Blue colour job jyada ayegi jewar mai.

      bhai mushkil lagta hai maine 2009 me liya tha, aaj sirf 1 ka hai. vahi baaki cities me 10 lakh se 4-5 crore ho gae plots ke. log ameer ban gae. to yahaan to tu 20 saal maanke hi chal. ek society banne me hi 4 saal lagte hai. to sehar basne me to 20 saal minimum maanke chal.

      Ab almost peak touch ker gaya hai. 2009 mein Authority ne plot launch kiye thai 4850 per Sq. Mtr. but ab market rate 80000.00 per Sq. Mtr. touch ker gaya hai. Han agle 10 saal mein ye 200000.00 ke aas pass touch kerega.

    I have purchased plot in I&S Dream Homez, Dorpuri. Is it worth? Some people says that in future it will be acquired by the Government to start dry port. May pls inform. I am afraid.

      Prices will increase there is no doubt about it, only thing you have to check is whether the place/township where you bought your plot is in the authority masterplan or not, if it is in the masterplan then the area will be acquired by authority sooner or later in this case your entry price plays a very important role because if the price is low then only you will be able to make money on that and if the area is not in the authority masterplan then your chances are very high of getting a good exit, just make sure your developer has all the necessary documents required for building a residential township.

    Please inke bato mai akar mat lo , khud dekho ground par ,aj kal log online dekh kar ja rahe hai lekin unhe ground par kuch nhi hai , agar extra money apke account mai hai toh lelo varna loan par bhul kar bhi mat lena.
    Yeh upar jo banda hai yeh khud dealer hai , inse bolo sell karna hai jo buy ke rate hai vo dilwa do ,then u know reality of so called airport.

    Why do people always talk about good points and don't show the other side ?? Few questions
    - industries can not grow a town as well as corporates, as the blue color people are the majority. How can factories grow a town batter ? Greater Noida had massive factories for 2 decade , kya kar liya ?
    - Noida expressway is still 70% vacant, how would that affect Yamuna City ?
    - there are many Airports in India, but only 1 F1 which is operational for 12 years now , kya kar liya ?

      1975 mein Noida bhi shuru mein Paper per hi thaa or jungle hi tha. Aaj Noida ka haal dekho pair rakhane ke bhi paise lagte hein or ab Greater Noida or jud gaya hai.

      Obviously agar aap delhi vali density se compare karoge toh han usme 40 saal maan sakte hain but bass toh next 2-3 years main jayega bcz in basna already chalu ho gaya hai family’s are shifting already.

      agreed. ab bhi chutiya bana rhe hai logo ko. maine 2009 me liya tha, baaki chote sehar lockdown ke baad 50- 4-5 crore chale gae. plot 150 meter ke. aur greater noida chutiya me 50- 1.5 crore ke hue. abe jhaatu chote seharo se pit rha hai. zindagi ki sabse badi galti thi greater noida
