Zatarains makes some good stuff. They have a fish fry that's pretty good too. I just made their jambalaya the night, and it's still as good as I remember it.
Their Creole Mustard is awesome as well!

got that in the pantry,used the Southern buttermilk one on pork steaks the other night
I let my chicken sit in some half fat buttermilk that had a 1/3 cup of the zatarains mix, and some louisiana hot sauce stirred in, before I coated it in the rest of the zatarains flour mix. Going to pop in the air fryer. Hope it looks just as good as this!
I do not have buttermilk on hand. So can I sit my wings in half and half milk or 2% milk?
I would assume so? I was lucky to have buttermilk that day, I've never tried making fried chicken like that before. It turned out super delicious. The air fryer worked well too. I hope it tastes great for you!

I have seen 3 videos about this chicken fry mix and none of them even bothered to read the instructions. You were supposed to take a 3rd of a cup of the mix and add water to make a batter and then dip it into the dry mix.

My chicken came out very crunchy . I used chicken breast and made a side of cheesy scalloped potatoes and asparagus with it. It was delicious 😋

What kind of oil do you fry your chicken in
You suppose to put 1/2 c water to mix and place in a baggy. Then, dip chicken in an egg beaten. Place in baggy and shake take out of bag and fry.. You didn't read the box silly
