I hear Christmas was named after this series. After being so iconic at this time of year.
I hear Channel 4 made their own series with a similar name and premise after they saw how successful The Christmas Maze is.
The fact that rosie says green with confidence in the trial questions round had me laughing for straight 5 minutues 😂😂

@@Hero1922 The Two Ronnies were a well beloved British comedy duo, and they were geniuses when writing comedy sketches. A lot of people, both young and old, often have memories of watching them on TV together. They are still often shown on tv especially at Christmas.
The Mastermind sketch is based on the TV show, which is a general knowledge show but it also has weirdly specific specialist knowledge questions too? So in the comedy sketch, the contestant decides to answer the question that came before, which quickly leads to very funny answers. Just like how Rob asks the questions in this episode 😊

Cool challenge overall but Rob was right, too much time, so there wasn't a whole lot of pressure. The trivia part was interesting though. Maybe he can bring the trivia back in the future and based on the result, the player has to fight a certain boss in a game. For example, Sekiro lets you re-fight all bosses, so it could be like 0 out of 10 means you fight Isshin or Demon of Hatred while 10 out of 10 means you fight Folding Screen Monkeys with hints.
I won't lie it's been a REALLY hard holiday season for me. But this makes it a lot better too. :)
Having been sick for all of November to after finally recovering, suddenly realizing all at once how staggeringly different the holidays are at 31 vs when I was a kid, I feel you.
This is something I've enjoyed the past couple times and have been looking forward to as it's basically the one tradition I've got now. So big thank you to Playstation Access for giving me something to get excited about each year. 😊

The Christmas Maze is the most civilised form of reality TV there is. And thus does it bring hope for humanity and Christmas cheer to all.
With the amount of working around Rob's rules the team has done in the past, I'm surprised nobody decided to walk to the areas which technically wouldn't have started the timer since the timer was going to start only after fast traveling. Obviously they didn't need it, but it would've been fun to see Robert S. Pearson's reaction to someone working around his rules again :)

Does anyone else avoid seeing how long the video is otherwise you end up knowing if they win or not once Rob announces the time? It’s like a military operation for me this year 😂
If I had 25 minutes left on this challenge I'd have sold each cave moss one by one just to rub in how fast we'd done it.
