Going true this speech made no sense of the APC .
ECSL refused to give you your request because you did not request for it from the appropriate manners .
APC have seasons Layers this matters should have taken to court immediately after the call of the presidential election .
Rather joining Tripartite committee to request for such is not done.

That immediately you have grievances of election results kindly take the right means of legal action.

If you are really assure that you won the elections go to court let see how such matters should have been looked into by the courts.
