I definitely can relate to that line about "not looking back" . That was definitely me while in college and later in pursuing additional professional degrees. Those middle school/high school friends began having kids and building families and our lives were just on different paths and it often felt like I no longer really had a place in their lives and they didn't feel comfortable in mine.

Love this episode! I relate to Sylvia a lot when she talked about how moving alot created people pleasing tendencies!! It can be helpful to be adaptable and it helps in professional life, but its so important to have people in your life you can be firmly rooted in yourself and they love and support you!! Currently reflecting on moving a lot while young and how this might have affected my relational style in life!!
