Enjoyed this game last night as a neutral, tell you what Ipswich fans, your GK is one of the best i've seen with his feet, that pass to find the RB (sorry about not knowing their names 😬) as he was bolting down the wing was incredible. Good luck for the rest of the season, you've been a good watch this season 👍🏻
And he was their back up keeper last season!!! Only playing now because Walton(1st choice last season) got injured at the start of this season
@Josh-dn2ki Was he yeah, looked very impressive and calm and played some lovely balls
Ipswich deserve to play Premier football
We owe a lot to Kieran, but we also owe a huge amount to Mark Aston our CEO. He has been so instrumental to our club in the last 2 years 💙
Well said mate spot on
Ireland want Kieran to become manager.
What's Jamie on about? They've not let anything slip. Ipswich have done incredible, and even if they only got play offs, it's been a magical season for them.
We were ten points clear before Christmas now we are one point clear; so that's the slip. Doesn't mean we aren't still in it. But clearly the form of two wins in last eight or nine is not promotion form. If it hadn't been for the great start we would be mid table.
Luongo has been incredible this year. It's crazy once it looks like no one wanted to give him a contract now he's playing his best football ever lol
I don't understand why everyone is saying Harry Clarke's tackle is a red, it wasn't even a yellow! Clean challenge only ball was gotten.
Sean dyche lol quality 😂
It would be great to see Ipswich return home to the Premier League, right where they belong! That dream looks very much on the horizon and is not too far away. McKenna and his team are doing extremely well this season and I hope they do get something from it at the end of the season for all the hard graft, blood, sweat and miles they have made in this current Championship season.
There’s no way we would have got over 100 points last season without Ipswich pushing us all the way. I hope you lot can stay in the top two and go up again!
What the hell is Cundy on about. It wasn't even a yellow.
Clarke won the ball clearly ...KDH tripped over again and should have got a card ,in the box , Clarke's challenge was hard and fair ...
League 1 has been a graveyard for several big clubs. Once relegated to League 1 it can be hard to get out.
Clarke got the ball, no where near a red card.
Second team since Mick was manager the turn around the last 12 14 months has been really really good and we have scored some world class team goals this season its been great
What’s Dan on about?! Clarke’s tackle was world class and never a red! A bit rough I admit but he clearly got the ball so either get over it or cry on!
Dewsbury Hall is a diving cheat
Mc Kenna has been coaching for 14 years....he will only leave us for Man Utd or Spurs and we have been selling out all of our home games for around a year now
1 more top 5 game to go against Southampton at home hopefully then we can pick things up again 2 new strikers who are looking very good so automatic is still on but don’t see us losing top 6 so still a chance there
A fantastic achievement by Ipswich whether they go up or not McKenna will be a wanted man at far bigger clubs than Ipswich before long
They don't exist son. Uppa town
Sounds more like a Cockney than a Suffolk boy.
More like estuary language. I would say more Essex than Suffolk , Dialect’s from different regions sadly are disappearing!
clarke got the ball?
Lol that was one of the cleanest tackles you'll see.
If he gets to premier league and stays up man utd should get him 🎉
They won't go for him yet. He needs to win something.
There was a rumour that Chelsea were looking at him earlier this season
@@saunteronman rumours - there are always rumours. A champions league club won't take the risk on a manager unproven at that level because they don't need to. They can attract a big name and if it goes wrong no one will criticise the decision. There would be issues with the players not respecting him as a manager given he wasn't a player and has won nothing major as a manager. He may be approached by a palace or wolves or Fulham, but none of those are bigger clubs than Ipswich, or have more financial backing, and he'd be taking a risk when he's well established at Ipswich. The real question is whether he feels he has taken Ipswich as far as he can, which may be to the premier league as a mid level club, and he feels he wants a new challenge. He is being paid a lot by Ipswich - around 1.5/2m reportedly plus bonuses - and has 30 years ahead of him to be a top top manager which he ultimately will be. He ultimately would want to manage Man Utd.
@@MarlboroughBlenheim1 no doubt it would be a risk for most Premier League clubs at this stage & as an Ipswich supporter I hope he keeps getting given the tools to be successful at Portman Road. If you were drawing up a shortlist of up & coming British managers, he’s going to be on quite a few club’s radars at this stage
@@saunteronman he is indeed - but he will not want to go too early. He wants real success here to build on. It's a fickle business. If he goes too soon then things don't work out at a new club who will get rid of him, he ends up in a worse place.
