I have worked in Accenture for 6.5 years in Technology pillar.. What I heard during my tenure was mostly IIT and IIM pass-outs were in Consulting with comparatively very good package. Also the hierarchy is quite similar there started with ASE Associate Software Engineer > SE Software Engineer > SSE Senior Software Engineer > TL Team Lead > AM Associate Manager > M Manager > SM Senior Manager and so on..

@@shivang_rai Depends on your project. Be truthful to yourself; if you are learning in the project and can implement those to target next job, then u can stay till SSE position or beyond. If not learning, then it is def. time to leave

Most indian companies have on site counterparts so you may not get opportunity to travel. Also the strategy team of Accenture has seen layoffs recently. Please ensure you talk to someone inside the company who is at a senior position before you make a decison.

Bro I have an offer from EY (on campus). The role mentioned is sometimes written as senior analyst, sometimes as risk consultant, tech risk, business consultant. Are these all the same? And what about the future CTC & growth (like how much can it be). Is it comparable to what developers earn? The most important, work culture, work hours, work life balance, is it hectic and all? Do we have to work on weekends too?

These reports are made from scratch by Accenture developers/ Tech people and the consultants handle these reports and do analysis.

Nhi babu ye Accenture vale BTech valo ko Accenture Strategy me lete hi nhi h.. I am working as FSE for more than 1 year at Accenture and I told HR to shift me to Accenture strategy as I want to work as a management consultant, HR directly said we don’t have such powers and can’t shift you.. you have to work with ATCI and if you really want to work as a management consultant then go for MBA we will hire you for a Management Consultant.. Mene bhaii usko ye bhi bola mere project me work kr rhe h Management Consultant to mei kyu nhi bn skta, he didn’t said anything after that. Ye sab doglapan h that BTech valo ko lete h as a Management Consultant.
