If you mean when they respawn with full metal, I guess that they have a binded key to respawn as engineer, so they don't loose the buildings, bit respawn with full metal to save some time
Very hard game, not for everyone. You need to control at the same time: Your aim, movement (can be very hard \ upgraded) map, teammates, items in the store, abilities, level, lines and creeps. Well, I don't like. No chill game :)
