Technically yes but not as boring as cheesing with much weaker weapons that drag fights out unnecessarily. I won't lie in saying that the lightsaber is alot more fun to tackle hard mode with.

Yeah. Just no reason not to do that stage first
logical strat - it goes bad, early reset. if you spent 15-20 minutes on levels before blacks dice palace, youd get annoyed fast.
