On the Hammond B3's the question was never whether or not it was heavy. And everyone knew what it would take to move it. So, a smaller B3 always conjures the questions: How much does it weigh? And teh followup, of course, is about moving it around. Note: these newer ones should be able to take the wear of the road, as well. Notise I did not ask about the sound? Most of these sound great!
Thanks for asking. The key action on the Soul feels closer to my vintage B3. It has the bounce in the keys, but this Soul's key action is also a little softer than others. But after playing it for a few days this is not a problem anymore!
Bishop, when you play through the Leslie 122, are you using two leslie 122? Because the sound that the Leslie 122 produces in all your videos is amazing. I have a Legend and a. 147 but i cant get that sound you get, which i love it. God bless you Bishop, please keep on uploading more videos with the viscount and the 122!!
You are so welcome. You have an excellent instruments that will be relevant for years to come. I am interested in demoing the new Vortex 315 and the Spin-Tone 700, how can we make this happen? My United States contact is Mr Cliff Unruh @Hammond Central Music, he is a very good friend of Mr Jay Valle. My late brother Mr Joe Battle from Magnolia, Arkansas was also good friends with Mr Valle. Please advise...
The Hammond XK5 Pro System is the closes thing, digital clone, in my opinion to the original sound of a vintage Hammond organ. But I also have the HX3 module which is the engine for the UHL X5-2, it is also a phenomenal digital unit. There is no wrong choice amongst these digital choices, the XK5, X5-2, Vicount SOUL and the HX3 Module.😊✌
Difficult to hear differences on the different speaker systems and between Hammond and Viscount. There is an unfair sound reproduction in the video because I do not hear the doubler effect correctly in the room from the PC. Even when I run the video through my theater system.

It weighs 57.3lbs all together it's about 120lbs.
GREAT instrument.....We carried a B3 on the road in the 70's....That was fun...But the sound is the best....God Bless....Keep up the good work.
Sounds really good !!! amazing 😳
What a beautiful sound, it really deserves the name Legend Soul👍
Super nice sound this Hammond organ.
Nice!!!
How is the key feel? No one ever discusses this. Sounds great, but, for me anyway, I need the actual Hammond action. Thanks for the demo!

You must demo this with bass and drums.
