There where at one time 24 sawmills in Williamsport, There was a boon across the river of logs attached by chains that stopped the logs that were floated down the streams to the Susquehanna River.. Railroad also hauled logs. Visit the Local Historical museum of Williamsport on west 4th Street.

I live in Williamsport and walk any of the blocks in town and you’ll see so many beautiful old homes. Some need a lot of work but they are all beautiful.

Definitely agree. If you did a UA-cam video on what you see, I’d definitely watch it.

From what I understand the homes on Millionaires row fall under the historical registry and must be refurbished by their rules. Also, at Christmas time you can tour some of the homes. I have never done the tour; but I have been in the Herdic House restaurant at Christmas time. It is beautiful.

So it does exist! Google Maps was saying there was a restaurant there but I didn't see any signage. My wife and I want to go back and stay in the hotel that is the old city hall. Def will go to Herdic House when we do. Thanks for your comment.
