Budget stereo for the Tacoma - Dual XDVD251BT or XDVD276BT part 1.

In this video, I finally get around to upgrading the stock stereo. I'm looking for a double-DIN, touch screen unit to display my backup camera video, control an iPod, and play CDs. This unit also plays DVDs. How does it stack up? Is it a good buy? It can be, but I came across some issues.

Unit lasted less then a year. Now blank screen

Using a different phone charger will eliminate the feedback. I use a factory ATT car charger from the ATT store and it eliminated the feedback.

Thanks, but it's not a phone. It's an iPod Touch. I tried several USB cables.

It's not a charging point it's to play things with he don't even got no radio stations set I got same radio u have to get a module pack

I got it in my mustang with the mach 460 system. I have aftermarket speakers because the stocks sounded bad. And there was no difference because of the limitations of the headunit. It's better than stock because my stock never worked, but I wouldn't recommend buying this one at all

You might be right. I ended up going with a different one.
