“Yeah, we're not having this conversation for sure if I was a third-round pick. But at the end of the day, like I said, control what you can control, keep the chip on my shoulder, keep working. Everyone has always been overlooked and it's kind of the same deal I was in last year. I know the offense now and I've been in some situations before. Looking forward to doing it again.”

Tbh. In order for me to fairly judge our offense, we need to see how our offensive line is. We need better blockers to give our guys some time to make plays happen. Our offense is going to be good if our line is good. We need to be able to compete in our division and having a good offensive line will be the start of it.
Yall talk crazy about D. Jones. If the Giants start 0-2 he's not an automatic bench if he for example loses 2 shootouts with 35+ points scored. The assumption that 0-2 means he's playing bad is just silly & it highlights how you just want him gone as opposed to giving an honest assessment.
I’m keeping DeVito with Lock as a Backup. I also believe D.Jones won’t be ready for game 1.

Nathan Rourke is going to surprise the Giants at OTA's and Camp. As for Tommy Devito, he had a pretty good season for an undrafted QB with a bad OL. Having said that...I wonder if his agent, the whole NJ thing has turned off Giants management and coaching.

No I don’t think you’ll make it, but I think he is better than Drew lock he only played one good season in his whole career and that was last season and he didn’t really do much. He’s not a very good quarterback in my opinion and I think Devito has way more potential and being a very good number two maybe a number one if given the right opportunity in the right place.
He actually had two. His rookie season when he threw 24 tuds and 12 picks. Over 3,000 yards passing, almost 300 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns. Came 3 passing touchdowns shy of breaking the rookie record. Prolly would’ve got it if he started from game one! He’s never had a number one WR and never had an offensive line. Give the man a chance with talent around him

Marsh, you nailed it with your analysis of DeVito. Only problem is Schoen, and Dabs ain’t from NY. Can’t relate to the dog in him. Let’s HOPE. He deserves it. They better realize, he ain’t clearing waivers. They should understand the reality of the situation.
