I really like the creamer and I’m glad you were able to find the top. I know I would’ve forgotten the green FTD container because my parents owns an operated flower shop for 40 years and I’m very familiar with FTD so that would’ve been nostalgic. Our bin Goodwill store typically have the non-closed items on shelves around the perimeter of the store so that was interesting to see them kind of mixed in with the clothes, but this was a great shop. I’m actually still watching.
I never thought of using those saucers under plants. That’s a great idea. I have a lot of antique pieces like that, but I do want to have displayed and that would give a pop-up and another level of elegance. I am really enjoying how you are arranging everything.

I have personally never been to the bins however I will make a trip this Spring. I like many other struggle a bit with digging through thrifted items however, I’m gonna try my luck at it. I really enjoyed this blog you had today. It was really interesting and I love some of the things that you were able to get. Hi there! I hope you do give the Bins a try. I understand how overwhelming it can be. My tips would be to go earlier in the day during the week if possible. Take hand sanitizer and wipes. I find that helps to keep my hands from feeling dirty. If you can take someone with you, do. I always find more of the good stuff when I have someone with me. I don't know why that would be, but it is for some reason. 😅 I'm so glad you enjoyed the video. I hope these tips help with you thrifting. XO

Hi Margo! I definitely can't beat the prices at the Goodwill Bins. $.50 per pound for glassware & home decor is crazy cheap. Hi Dawn! Definitely try going during the week and early in the day. If you are lucky, your Bins will be nicely set up and organized. Mine is pretty bad and feels claustrophobic when it is crowded. I have personally never been to the bins however I will make a trip this Spring. I like many other struggle a bit with digging through thrifted items however, I’m gonna try my luck at it. Hi there! I hope you do give the Bins a try. I understand how overwhelming it can be. My tips would be to go earlier in the day during the week if possible. Take hand sanitizer and wipes. I find that helps to keep my hands from feeling dirty. If you can take someone with you, do. I always find more of the good stuff when I have someone with me. I don't know why that would be, but it is for some reason. 😅 I'm so glad you enjoyed the video. I hope these tips help with you thrifting. XO

I would use the salt cellar to force Paper whites in winter or plant Daffodils in Spring. Love it

Love the salt container, it is definitely antique. You can have someone make a wooden lid for it to replace the one that was missing.

Everything here at the bins is by weight. 2.29 a lb for housewares and 2.99 a lb for clothing and linens. It adds up fast.
Hi there. That is higher per pound than this location. Housewares are only. 50 per pound and textiles are $1.25. I guess it depends where you live. Less, I love to go to Goodwill and shop. I do not have good luck with it though. I do not have a good eye as far as seeing something and thinking outside the box of something else I could do with it. You are great at that. I wish I could do that, but I can’t. My husband and I have been decluttering and we have taken two loads to the Goodwill store..

So many clothes in all the Lubbock thrift stores. My daughter-in-law thrifts clothes and finds the best stuff though. Designer labels for cheap!

I really like the creamer and I’m glad you were able to find the top. I know I would’ve forgotten the green FTD container because my parents owns an operated flower shop for 40 years and I’m very familiar with FTD so that would’ve been nostalgic. Our bin Goodwill store typically have the non-closed items on shelves around the perimeter of the store so that was interesting to see them kind of mixed in with the clothes, but this was a great shop. I’m actually still watching.
