I'm also using a low-pH cleanser since I find them more gentle on my sensitive skin. My go-to right now is the Unscented Foam Cleanser from Tree to Tub. Have you heard of them? They make natural products for sensitive skin using soapberry and even send you a free soapberry seed with your product. My skin loves that its sulfate and fragrance-free.

Currently using the Bioderma one and it is the absolute best basic cleanser I've tried. Thanks for talking about the LRP cleanser, i always thought it was a fully cream cleanser and would never have considered trying it.

Love the Bioderma cleanser! I have dehydrated/combo skin and this is not drying, it's just really a good neutral non milky cleanser. The LaRoche one also is incredible all over comfortable cleanser! Keeps the body skin hydrated too! Two winners.

Wow this video is gold! I have literally every one of these in my house besides beauty of joseon lol. And I have the most dry and sensitive skin!
The bioderma is in my shower as my deepest facial cleanser for occasional use, the heimish is my summer facial cleanser, the LRP gel is my favorite body wash (then I use the avene xeracalm ad oil wash after), and I have the stratia on my shelf to try next after my LRP Dermo milk cleanser is out!

I used CeraVe cleansers for years up until about a year ago when they started making my skin feel tight, itchy and sometimes stinging. It makes sense that my skin changes with age so after trying a few different travel sizes I found that my skin really liked the La Roche Posay Touleriane line. Hydrating cream cleanser, the blue one in the same line and the double repair face moisturizer - new HG!

Thank you so much for this video. So I am currently using the fresh soy cleanser. I’ve been using this product for years now. I tried to use drunk elephant facial cleanser, farmacy, skin fix, fresh milk cleanser, fresh strawberry cleanser and tarte but I swear nothing just seems to compare. I love fresh soy cleanser but for a wash off product it is just too pricey which is why I am going to continue my search. I love a gel cleanser and one that certainly does not sting the eyes. Fresh cleanser never sting my eyes which is why I’ve used the brand for so long. Thank you for your review ❤

Hi Kelly as someone with hyper sensitive, rosacea and eczema prone super dry skin cleansing can be a problematic step. My absolute favourites for when my skin is in a flare are the Avene antirougours refreshing cleansing milk and the Bioderma sensibio misceller water (both lightly rinsed off the skin afterwards btw). It says on both bottles they can be left on the skin, but I don't want cleanser residue left behind to cause any possible issues. Neither sting/burn and they both take off even mascara with a bit of patience. Leave them in place for more than a few seconds to cut through the makeup and both work really well with no rubbing/tugging. I've tried the LRP and the Bioderma gel - a bit too cleansing for my severely dry skin and I had a horrible patch test reaction to the Sioris milk (the latter fragrance free version). Unfortunately gel and jelly cleansers tend to be too stripping on my skin tbh. I like an oil, a cream or a milk cleanser for my very dry skin. Stratia isn't accessible here in the UK without a hefty p and p, so that won't work. I also like the Avene cleansing oil for face and body (no fragrance like the Bioderma version). Best wishes.
ps the Aveeno calm and restore is ok for a really budget pick, but doesn't take off makeup etc very well in my experience. x

I use similar ones Loraine! I love the avene xeracalm ad oil cleanser for face and body as well. I use the LRP gel cleanser mentioned in this video on my body, I can't use it on my face either

I'm using the Cerave hydrating cream cleanser and it still works really well for my dry skin in the winter, no stinging or burning for me (like some other comments), and it leaves my skin moisturizing, not stripping, very affordable, and I love ceramides in it.
I also tried the Sioris cleansing milk last month, but I found my skin a little bit drying and just a little bit tight after washing, so I don't use it anymore now and keep it for the spring time. Also, this Sioris cleansing milk has a weird smell that I hate. I have to stop breathing for a little bit when I apply it, but the smell luckily just disappears quickly.
Also bought the Rovectin cleanser due to great reviews but didn't have a chance to use it yet, maybe will open it in the spring time.

The heimish cleanser is quite litterally the only second cleanser I've used so far which actually washes of.. I don't know what it is with my dry skin and whatever is in most cleanser but I always find I can keep putting water on my face to cleanse of the cleanser and yet once I put on toner I got white foamy residue on my face... Doesn't matter what kind of cleanser I use or if it is or isn't low ph(not that I'd use an non low ph).. And the heimish just doesn't do that.. @@bhumimandera2515 I unfortunately have only ever tried Biodermas micellar water, I got to admit until Kelly started talking about french farmacy brands I thought that was the only product Bioderma did, so I can't really help you with a comparison of the two.. My general experience with Western cleansers is that they're either too harsh, contain fragrances and/or tea tree and witchhazel - and at least one of these(tea tree) will for sure create an allergi reaction on my skin so after finding and trying the hemish one, and a few other korean foaming cleansers, I've never really considdered looking for a western cleanser.
When it comes to does the hemish one leave my skin clean but soft, I think it's important to mention that I don't wear makeup on a day to day basic or deal with achne and/or overproducing oil, so I only really require my cleansing routine to remove the grime of the day(or night) and honestly a combination of an oil cleanser, I'm using the Hada Labo Gokujyun Oil currently, and the hemish one is perfect for that and not at all too stripping for my dry(and sensitive) skin - but I don't know if it'll be effective enough for someone who might need more from a cleanser than I do

I used the krave cleanser for years and it's lovely. Not stripping at all and hydrating. Although I didn't find it take off makeup well so I have to use it with an oil double cleanse.
I recently switched to the heimish gel because I wanted to try something different, and I love it. But my skin does get dry in the winter so I only use gels in the summer now. The texture of the heimish is pretty different from the krave one, it's almost a plush gel feeling that transforms with water, instead of a jelly. It's hard to describe, but it's delightful and I love it. It feels luxurious to me. If you like gel cleansers I think you'll find the texture glorious!
In the winter I switched to using a milk cleanser instead of gel. But I would say krave and heimish are pretty comparable and I love them both. Heimish is smoother and plush, while krave is jelly and hydrating and not quite as good at getting off eye makeup and sunscreen. I didn't find the heimish more drying in the summer, but my summers are very hot and humid so I need a deeper cleanse in the summer months.
I have very dry skin in winter and super sensitive rosacea and acne prone skin fyi. So I consider either of those cleaners to be great picks for sensitive skin!
